Dunkin' Donuts in Manassas

“Ordered a coffee and a plain donut at the drive through. After making the payment and grabbing our coffees and donut we realised there were 4-5 donuts instead of one that we ordered. Asked the girl if she gave us theee by mistake. And she said no its all yours, we are going to close down in next couple of minutes.
So instead of wasting food , giving it for free to customers is a nice thing“

“8APR.2026 My first time in here and I was greeted with a welcoming hello. The lady took my order and another lady made my order. Everything was with a smile and polite.

My berry, strawberry dragon fruit,lemonade, sparkling water refresher was delicious. Excellent first time experience in this location.“

“I mean it's Dunkin Donuts, tasty. My only complaint is the mobile order system is almost pointless. One time I waited 30 minutes bf calling the store. Now I call the store after 10 minutes. Yes I could "just go in" but generally I have 3 kids in tow and that's like...war.“

“Dunkin is always good! I only rated it a 4star because the person who made my food looked in total disarray, with unkept hair and beard. I do not expect hair or beard nets, but I do expect clean looking staff. I was careful to check food before I ate and will probably not eat their again. Maybe another one! My food and sweet tea was really good. This one is located in Walmart and is wheelchair accessible. No restroom except in Walmart. 4 tables to eat at plus counter stools. Employees were very nice.“

“Wow! The hot chocolate at Dunkin is super good, once in a while my hot chocolate is either too hot or not hot enough, other than that it's great. I also sometimes come to get Baskin Robbins ice cream, it's very good, friendly staff too!“

“Dude I cannot begin to describe the elegance and pure passion that is beautifullly displayed in the workers of this Dunkin. I am blown away by just the wonderful comradic energy felt throughout the establishment, it has inspired me to just change my hateful ways of bigotry and senseless hatred towards Dunkin donuts frozen coffee. I witnessed beautiful service that truly impacted me.
