“I had such a great experience at this Dunkin’ location thanks to Tajwar and Felix. Both of them were extremely kind, patient, and professional.
Tajwar did an amazing job explaining the drinks and helping customers understand what would be best for them, especially for people who may not know much about coffee. She was very patient, informative, and made sure the customer felt comfortable and satisfied with their order. You can tell she truly understands what works best for each customer and takes her time to help properly.
Felix was also incredibly patient and took his time while helping customers. He made sure everything was done properly and treated customers with kindness and respect.

“Something about Wendy’s customer service just makes me wanna buy more ice cream. “My husband and I visited on Friday evening (6/26) in the Drive-THRU. The Drive-THRU Attendant was super helpful and very professional and nice. We didn't get his name. BUT the service was fantastic. Just want to praise this Dunkin and the employees and more Dunkins should be modeled after this one. And I am also talking about being open 24hrs and a drive thru. THANK YOU DUNKIN!!!!
