“I had such a great experience at this Dunkin’ location thanks to Tajwar and Felix. Both of them were extremely kind, patient, and professional.

Tajwar did an amazing job explaining the drinks and helping customers understand what would be best for them, especially for people who may not know much about coffee. She was very patient, informative, and made sure the customer felt comfortable and satisfied with their order. You can tell she truly understands what works best for each customer and takes her time to help properly.

Felix was also incredibly patient and took his time while helping customers. He made sure everything was done properly and treated customers with kindness and respect.

It’s rare to see employees with this level of patience, understanding, and positive attitude. Thank you both for the excellent service!“

“I’ve had consistently poor customer service at this Dunkin’ staff really seems to be lacking. The one shining exception is David. He consistently provides excellent, professional service and stands out from the rest. Honestly, David should be promoted to manager or lead trainer he’s the one who truly gets what good customer service looks like. If more employees followed his example, this place would be top notch.
