I just wanted to say that the morning staff absolutely made my day today. For some reason, my debit card kept declining, and I couldn’t find my back up cash/card because I was mortified and panicked in the moment (and just having a really emotionally rough morning to boot…and it was only 7:30 am). This Dunkin’ location is a favorite. The customer service never disappoints, with a team that is kind, welcoming, and friendly. Employees are always greeted with a smile, and some even know the entire order before a word is said. The service is always fast, and they consistently get the order right. The food and coffee is always fantastic. Coffee is always fresh, and the food is hot. The store is clean every time. Customers feel so welcome, like visiting friends for years. The owner is incredible, learning customers and their parents by first name. Even on a bad day, they bring light into the day. It is one of those "good Dunkins" that keeps customers coming back.
