Worst experience ever. Only rent Lanes by the hour, not per game. 3 People working, over 100 bowlers! Service slow. Ball return not working. Time on lane began at check in and not when play began. When ball return wasn't working, waited 30 minutes for maintenance to show up. Decided I was done with this joke of a place. Asked for full refund was told a gift card would be issued. I demanded a refund due to the fact I would never come back. Waited for Manager another 30 minutes....read full review
