“I started to go to this Dunkin which is a little outta the way from my usual's but they actually know how to make my drink without messing it up! I cannot find a Dunkin'l in Hagerstown that can make my coffee which is a simple caramel crazed iced signature latte with liquid sugar! It's always either to weak or to strong. Also a lot of the staff in town here Hagerstown is rude. Love falling waters crew & their coffee!“
“This location is better than any other nearby Dunkin but that’s sadly not saying too much. High quality food and beverage but very slow and somewhat unpleasant staff. One time I waited at the drive thru for fifteen minutes with no greeting and when I politely asked if everything was ok, the employee yelled at me that it was only her and an old lady working and she was doing what she could.“
