“Went today and it was pretty busy so decided to go inside. Brittany was single handily running the store. Helping everyone she could (seems to be a few new people still learning) lady in the drive thru being super rude about a promo that wasn’t applied (employees have zero control over the POS system when this happens) but she was nice enough to give a discount to try to help fix the situation. Lady continues to be rude as hell all while this girl is busting her a** helping her team and customers. Go Britt! Love, a fellow Industry worker who saw you putting in work.“

“Came to Burnt Bean Coffee Co. for the first time this morning with my fiancé! I got a hot dirty chai & he ordered an iced mocha latte. Both drinks were DELICIOUS. The barista was so kind and welcoming. She explained their spring menu to us and filled us in on the rewards program. I can’t wait to come back!“

“Not a single negative thing to say, except that my drink (iced latte) was just a little too sweet for my liking, but I asked them to cut the sweetness by half, which was perfect! And definitely my favorite coffee spot in the Berkeley Springs area!“

“Pretty cool spot in Williamsport. I was visiting family and didn’t even know this place existed. I am not a huge coffee person just like the sugar seasonal type drinks. We got breakfast and a few drinks to try. I got the honey iced latte and it was really tasty- I’d order again. My husband got the blackberry crumble iced latte I believe it was called and that was also really good- heavy on the blackberry taste and very sugary so we couldn’t finish it fully but it was very tasty. Breakfast wraps were very filling and really good! We will Deff be back! Prices were reasonable as well.“

“Went there for the first time today; the coffee is delicious!!!! Blueberry muffin was rather large so I took my time eating it. I love how friendly the place is and feels. I’m hoping to learn about volunteer opportunities at some point. I highly recommend it and I will definitely be back.“

“Excellent & unique flavors offered each month. The Expresso Milkshake if a must try with any of the coffee flavored ice creams. The flight is a good start as it’s just enough to try flavors with 4 mini scoops for families and/or a date or friend. We’ve been fans since the beginning and if you like love poured into a homemade product this is your time to try it out. Enjoy!“

“Was in Shepherdstown with a group of friends and we ate here TWICE in one weekend. Great variety to meet everyone's needs (Vegetarian, GF, vegan, meat-eaters alike). The homemade soups were fantastic, salads amazing, sandwiches substantive. Will return next time we are in town!“

“Cute little coffee trailer. Offering some baked goods/sweets as well. Good coffee, even have Cuban coffee specialties as well and a variety of flavorings and such available.
They have outside seating as well for nicer weather.. good prices.

“I tried messaging them private but they never answered because I don't think one bad employee defines your whole bakery. My girlfriend and I visited your bakery last weekend. The manager on duty seemed a little agitated with a prior customer and had an attitde while we were ordering. She checked us out and then put our food in the microwave to warm up as we requested. She went to the back while we waited. We were standing there for about 5 minutes and when she came back to the front, she was holding a dirty plunger in her hand and grabbed our food out of the microwave. We were disgusted and ended up throwing our food away. We did not want to make a big deal and have other customers upset. I thought it was a good idea to let you know what was happening in your bakery.“

“It's the best dunkin around this area. Because the employees are all nice and polite. Compared to the others around this are that are not good. The customer always gets exactly what they order. The only down fall is it's inside the absolute worst Walmart. I'd like to see this group of employees take over any other dunkin around. Until then we will keep going there just because of the group of employees they have are truly excellent...“

“Membership prices are unmatched; the wi-fi is fast; coffee and water are bottomless. The aesthetics of The Hub are relaxing and the space gives a sense of relaxation that is hard to find in corporate America. The Hub Cafe has excellent culinary delights.“

“We drove took an hour drive (normally 30 minutes) to try this Cinnabon. We took home a box of prepackaged Cinnabons and they were so delicious. Great amount of icing of course we took home extra 😉 because we love the icing. The man and woman that helped us were very sweet and the stand was very clean. We can’t wait to come back!!“
