Went today and it was pretty busy so decided to go inside. Brittany was single handily running the store. Helping everyone she could (seems to be a few new people still learning) lady in the drive thru being super rude about a promo that wasn’t applied (employees have zero control over the POS system when this happens) but she was nice enough to give a discount to try to help fix the situation. The new refresher is my favorite things EVER!! Anyone wanting to try a new drink try the triple strawberry daydream!!! You will not regret it ❤❤❤

Dunkin' offers delightful doughnuts, with chocolate and strawberry frosting with sprinkles being customer favorites. The location is great, and the prices are reasonable. The staff is nice, but they can be overwhelmed, which may affect service. While some customers have had disappointing experiences with the drive-thru coffee order, others find the coffee consistently good and the drive-thru quick. The cashier's kind gesture of providing the difference in cash was greatly appreciated by a customer and their family. Despite some concerns about the older Dunkin' location being in need of renovation, many appreciate the friendly service, especially from staff members like the one with purple hair, who always greets customers with a smile.
