It’s a good McDonald’s. Employees are friendly and food is good but sometimes the wait for the drive thru is a bit long.
Great place when in a hurry.
I moved here about 6 years ago and I must say, this McDonald's has come a long way. It's so nice and clean. Kudos to the owner, management and staff!

The Inwood location is praised for its perfect coffee, hot and good fries, and excellent chicken sandwich. The atmosphere is lively, with staff working together efficiently and a manager expressing appreciation for their teamwork. Customers also enjoy their food, citing fresh and hot meals, and appreciate the kid-friendly environment. The Big Mac remains a popular choice, and pastries are a delightful treat. Some customers mention that during busy times, the drive-thru can be slow, with lines moving at glacial speed, but staff still try to keep things moving. One employee, Brandy, is highly appreciated for her excellent customer service, smiling and doing her best to help everyone, setting a good example for the industry. Overall, it’s an average McDonald's, with good service during lunch and dinner, but it’s best to double-check orders, especially in the morning when mistakes tend to happen, or late at night when fries can be old.
