Every time I order a banana split they always tell me that they don't have bananas. I can understand maybe once, but not every time.
Absolutely horrible experience. Last night, I visited this location with my sister and the wait was absolutely unacceptable. When we placed our order, we were the only customers in the building. A couple of two women later came in, and it took them around twenty minutes just to get a box of donuts. For my order, took ten minutes for a simple donut just sitting on a rack, and a refresher took around fifteen minutes. Keep in mind, they were not busy. First of all, it takes forever for someone to acknowledge you and take your order. Then the guy taking our order had an earbud in one ear and headset in the other. You had to scream for him to hear you. He messed up two orders and did not understand the importance of being careful to watch for food allergies. The other worker in the building had not even acknowledged us until we became upset that he wasn’t paying attention to what we ordered and could make our son sick....read full review
