The service was very friendly and they make an effort to hire individuals with mental and physical impairments. The decor was good for a small sandwich shop and extra points for being a nice locally run spot.”

He listens to his customers & makes adaptations based on feedback. Actually, I'm not sure you could find a better customer experience in many other places in the remaining 49 states.Dietary restrictions: Very tasty gluten-free options are available and the staff are beyond accommodating.Parking: You will absolutely not have any trouble finding parking space here and that's not because there aren't plenty of customers. Someone was just intelligent in their parking design.Kid-friendliness: The staff are intuitive and think outside of the box to make even the littlest of customers enjoy their experience.Wheelchair accessibility: They are adaptable and know how to treat human beings of all abilities with respect and kindness. They have apparent, strong values.”

“My wife and I went there a few days ago. It is a very nice place. The people are very nice and the atmosphere is very relaxing. We ordered crab pretzel as an appetizer. It was very delicious. I highly recommend it. My wife ordered 6pc BBQ wings and I got Hot Dog trio and onion rings. Food was fantastic and beer was cold. What else can you ask. We will be back soon.”

“Group of 6 bikers caught in a terrible rain storm. Pulled into this location and restaurant was locked, drive through only. Staff members Faith & Hunter invited us in. Provided coffee and meals. Just the fact that they were short staffed and very busy drive through, that they took the time to welcome and take care of our soggy group was simply exceptional service. “Went to get free 1 sm cone per customer with family. Even tho store had at least 8 other family parties at all times during our 40 min stay in booth all employees were excited and happy during busy night. Great service from 3 employee interactions. 2 Ice cream cones and 2 dipped in chocolate, [it's ice cream] quality and taste, cold and lockable like they should be. Store was clean, fresh air all tables, chairs, door, counter, cook area, register were is great clean working condition.”

“Quiet and ambient atmosphere. Food is fresh and comes fast. Came on an Easter Night and luckily they were open. Had the Thai Tea lover which is alcoholic and is delicious. Lava Chicken, Crab Ragoon, and curry puff chicken. Highly recommend if you need authentic Thai food in the Martinsburg area.”

“We had a delicious meal and great drinks! We had fresh oysters (Blue Point & Sweet Jesus)- very fresh and great flavor! The Lobster Roll and Crabcake Sandwich were excellent. For sides we had brussel sprouts and potato salad. Our cocktail choices were the Bees Knees and an Old Fashioned made with Mezcal. The atmosphere is fun! You can tell the owner/operator is very passionate about his restaurant and they are doing a great job. We can’t wait to return!”

“I stopped by on a Monday (when it seemsLike there is no place to eat!) and ordered a curry chicken salad sandwich to go.I have had a smoothly here before and enjoyed that.Service was great (and speedy) and I enjoyed my chicken salad sandwich, which comes on toast with lettuce on the sandwich and potato chips on the side. Flavor was great. Texture- with celery and green onions was yummy.Will definitely stop by again and maybe eat-in. Yum!”

“We live a few miles away and we've enjoyed several French restaurants in this building for almost two decades. The current owners have truly outdone all the prior owners. This is not the first time we've been here under current management, but last night was the best experience ever!My husband and I enjoyed (a split portion of) the soup of the day, chicken soup with lots of vegetables, followed by the Norwegian salmon. Every component was beautifully cooked - my husband's medium and my medium-rare were perfect with skin so crunchy my husband didn't even remove it; the asparagus was cooked al dente as it should be, the mashed potatoes were tasty, and the ravigote sauce provided the perfect acidic counterpoint. Last but not least, our espresso martinis were great - perfect choice of cinnamon variety and amount.Our server, Taylor, was personable and professional, and made sure that food and drinks were served promptly and as ordered.As someone with a gluten intolerance, I was grateful that Taylor gave me choices and placed the GF bread order early enough that it arrived together with the regular bread. For the first time ever in this restaurant, my husband and I were able to share the three different kinds of butters without my having to beg him to save some for me! (Note: he rarely eats butter.) “Wonderful little Thai place. On route to Canada. Just off I95. Stopped in about 1 1/2 hr before closing and was greeted with a smile. The 2 servers were super friendly and very attentive. Ordered delicious spring rolls and California rolls. Very generous portions.We also ordered 3 pho soup bowls. M3, m4, m5. All fantastic, also added extra veggies on soup. Lots of meat in soups and served with large plate of fresh bean sprouts, fresh basil, lime and hot peppers.Everything was excellent!!!! 3 ppl, less than $60.”

“Wow, I just wish I had taken a picture but I spent all my time enjoying the good conversation and excellent espresso. This is a gem of a place with delicious pastries (not too sweet) and quick and espresso drinks that can be catered to your specific interests. The shop owner is friendly and great at explaining the different drinks. If you just want to chill and drink good coffee this is the place but if you want to learn about coffee and have a great conversation this is also the place. Thanks ??”

“We visit this location a lot. Typically, fast and friendly service. This visit the food was great. However, the staff was slow for a Jersey Mike's. There was more talking amongst staff about non-work stuff and less attention to the customer. There was no apparent leader for the staff. Very disappointing!”
