Most of the time, the coffee is excellent. Seems they are out of old-fashioned donuts or they are hard most visits. Love the chocolate covered Bismarck with vanilla cream, but most of the time, there is very little cream inside. And they seem to be out of them maybe 1 out of 3 or 4 visits. Same outage on the apple doughnuts.
A few weeks ago, we went to this location for the baskin robbins. Two teenage girls were "working " at the time. There were two teenage boy customers in there flirting with the girls, and the girls were flirting with the boys. There were customers at the Dunkin drive thru that did not get waited on and had to come into the store. This is the only dunkin that ever gets my coffee order right, customer service is fast and people are friendly. The establishment is clean and welcoming. Only complain is whenever I order and pay for a side of avocado they never put it in my bag. I'd still go here over the spring mills location any day.
