“I stopped by on a Monday (when it seemsLike there is no place to eat!) and ordered a curry chicken salad sandwich to go.I have had a smoothly here before and enjoyed that.Service was great (and speedy) and I enjoyed my chicken salad sandwich, which comes on toast with lettuce on the sandwich and potato chips on the side. Flavor was great. Texture- with celery and green onions was yummy.Will definitely stop by again and maybe eat-in. Yum!”

“The drinks and food were on point, one of the best old fashioneds I have ever had! Everything was so incredibly good! But not only that, Alma Bea also really took care of me as a vegetarian and catered to me so unexpectedly. I am truly amazed with this restaurant. I also fell in love with our waitress Julia, she was the most sweetest, charming server I think I've ever had! ? We will definitely be going back and recommend this restaurant to everyone❤️”

“We love this place; elevated comfort food in a relaxed environment. Our go to table waiter is David, he always takes great care of us. Suzie is the absolute best bartender and her espresso martinis are to die for (sorry Suzie!)”

“Friendly, helpful staff. As a measure of any French themed restaurant, the bread with its flavored butters was quite good. A nice range of regular menu options as well as interesting specials. We chose two regular menu items and two specials. All were nicely prepared with portion sizes just about right. Wines by the glass and bottle were well chosen to compliment the menu. Our desert was shared, quite rich. Closed out the evening with a cappuccino. We noticed that a small bar that could seat four people was full offering a walk-in option; although on a Tuesday evening table were available. Worth noting that like so many restaurants here, parking is on the street.”

“Always have a great experience at Blue Moon. Food is always delicious and staff friendly. They have a great indoor and outdoor environment. Some of my favorite menu options are the Reuben and the burgers. The Reuben has a lot of meat and is very flavorful, and the burgers are always cooked perfectly and with the perfect amount of toppings. Highly recommended!”

“This place is truly a hidden gem tucked away in the beautiful town of Shepherdstown WV. If your ever in the area stop in you won't be disappointed!!!Parking: The town itself if a small town with limited parking, but you can always park on a side street and walk a short distance to get to this destination.”

“We were in the area visiting Harpers Ferry and were looking for a place to eat. We stumbled upon this place just a short drive away and decided to stop. It's a great little restaurant with a warm and welcoming vibe. The cashier was super friendly and our meals were made quickly. I had their fish tacos. I cannot recommend them enough! The sauce was excellent and the added crunch from the carrots and cabbage made the dish delicious! I highly recommend you stop here for a bite if you're in the area!”

I'm a nine-year-old black lab.My mom and dad spend all day hiking with me on the Canal Trail and worked up a big hunger.We went to Lilah for dinner.I was happy tail happy to find out I was able to join them.The staff gave me continuous loving attention while my parents enjoyed their delicious meal.They had a harvest salad and tasty nachos. And Thursday happened to be Martini night.The highlight for me was the owner gave me the foot-long steak bone off her delicious thick and juicy steak.What a terrific, cozy, welcoming, community gathering place with fantastic food.”

“This was a great luncheon experience. Great service and a nice variety of food options to please everyone. It was the nicest place in a quaint historical town. They have indoor and outside seating, and a lot of shade. They are also dog friendly. Parking can be tough not enough spaces.”

“The best breakfast around, The staff work very hard and it does not go unnoticed by us here in town. It is Cash Only. Seating can be scarce at times because it’s so good people bust down the doors. The food is much better than chain restaurants and I would much rather spend my money here.”

“I’ve been in Shepherdstown about ten years now and am grateful to have the opportunity to enjoy this pizza again. The staff was lovely and kind and the pizza is obviously delicious. They just opened and everyone in town has been anticipating it. Please be patient with them. It will even out, but for now we should all be grateful for the wonderful nostalgia and hard working staff.”

“We enjoyed lunch at this quaint English pub themed restaurant with a bit of a college hangout vibe. The food was excellent! My husband enjoyed a chicken curry and I had essentially shepherd's pie, though it is called cottage pie. Good selection of beers on tap such as Smithwicks and Guinness. Our only complaint is that it was a cold day and it was cold in the restaurant. We will definitely return.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access with no steps.”

“The food is really good. Definitely try to offer the kids a variety of things through the week fish special on Friday.. Tinders and fries are a top seller.. Have outdoor seating.. Big court yard to enjoy food on the grass if u want have many different kinds of ice cream and also milk shakes”

“This place has amazing authentic Chinese food from the lady that works the counter to a chef in his 80s, this family run restaurant is a gem!They brought their restaurant experience directly from China to Shepherdstown.The food is great. Prices are decent. I highly recommend this place.”
