“I stopped by on a Monday (when it seemsLike there is no place to eat!) and ordered a curry chicken salad sandwich to go.I have had a smoothly here before and enjoyed that.Service was great (and speedy) and I enjoyed my chicken salad sandwich, which comes on toast with lettuce on the sandwich and potato chips on the side. Flavor was great. Texture- with celery and green onions was yummy.Will definitely stop by again and maybe eat-in. Yum!”

“Everything I was excited for about this place fell flat. Service was decent, but the room we were shoved into was cramped and damp. Food was subpar for what I was expecting and for the price. Platting was fantastic, but the taste just wasn't there. We waited quite a long time for our drinks.”

“Most delicious pastries I had on the entire Appalachian Trail. The iced coffee and sandwiches were amazing too! They even invited me for a free wine tasting after I was done eating lunch. I had to keep on hiking that day, so I didn't do the wine tasting, but I'll never forget how kind they were to a stinky thru-hiker! I hope to make it back here someday to enjoy more great food and hospitality ☺️”

“Found this place after cycling on the C&O, and I am so happy I did. Derek was behind the counter and my food was ready fast.The food is terrific, the “spicy spice” sauce is yum, beef brisket and jalapeño sausage are perfect.Seriously, try the sausage!This BBQ spot is now my permanent carry out after cycling in Williamsport. It’s rare to find such good food like this. This is not hyperbole. Taste the sausage and see for yourself.”

The service was very friendly and they make an effort to hire individuals with mental and physical impairments. The decor was good for a small sandwich shop and extra points for being a nice locally run spot.”

My daughter tried black cherry ice cream for the first time and raved about it so much that she begged us to drive the 90+ miles to visit again. It's honestly so good that I think the drive is worth it, too! It was a highlight of our weekend trip.”

“We had been looking for a good place to stop while traveling through MD and Interchange looked fun, so we decided to come here for lunch. The decor inside is very fun and it does feel like a tiki atmosphere, so they did a good job. We got a flight of their beers and a cocktail and the drinks were bright and tasty and we enjoyed them. We were excited to try the food as well and we got an order of dumplings, a burger topped with crab, and crab fried rice. The food was unfortunately extremely salty and it was to the point where we couldn't finish our meal. It's a shame since the flavors were interesting, but the food is just too salty. Interchange makes good drinks and it can be even better if they improve the food a bit.”

“My wife and I were in town for a weekend away. We made reservations for a Friday night and were not disappointed! Scott was the supreme host/waiter/bartender. The atmosphere was eclectic and cozy. Drinks were superb, food was delicious and fresh, and as a bonus, the prices are VERY reasonable. You won't be disappointed!”

“Friendly, helpful staff. As a measure of any French themed restaurant, the bread with its flavored butters was quite good. A nice range of regular menu options as well as interesting specials. We chose two regular menu items and two specials. All were nicely prepared with portion sizes just about right. Wines by the glass and bottle were well chosen to compliment the menu. Our desert was shared, quite rich. Closed out the evening with a cappuccino. We noticed that a small bar that could seat four people was full offering a walk-in option; although on a Tuesday evening table were available. Worth noting that like so many restaurants here, parking is on the street.”

“Surprisingly delicious! It's one guy so you do have to wait a few minutes but not too long and well worth it! My kiddo got the chocolate chip waffle and I got the full breakfast combo with 2eggs, hash brown, bacon, sausage, and a waffle. I couldn't believe I ate the whole thing! It was delicious on a cold mountain morning. We also got coffee. All the condiments were available for self service. We'll be back there!Features: It's essentially a food 'truck'. “There's nothing this baker can't do! I've ordered baby shower cupcakes, a smash cake, gender reveal cupcakes, multiple treat bags (cookies, brittle, cake pops, fudge, rice crispy treats!), and cocoa bombs from Gina. EVERYTHING is delicious! Every time we order treat bags, I get two because I know my husband and son will find something they really love. We plan on using her again for future birthdays, and basically live on the treat bag subscriber list. Highly recommend Sugar High if you want a personable, dependable, professional baker!!”
