Cow's Cones is the best ice cream shop around! It has a great location being in the country with a wooded setting along National Pike (US-40 Alt), very close to Greenbrier State Park.
They have the smoothest, and creamiest ice cream that melts in your mouth. They fill your cone and cup up to the top, and don't skimp on the ice cream servings.
The staff is super friendly, and it's an all around fun, clean, and happy atmosphere.
