“I’ve been vegan 7 years and after trying this once, it’s now in the top 3 of vegan restaurants I’ve tried worldwide. The food was fresh, came out quick and tasted incredible. Staff was also super friendly and helpful in picking out options. The nachos could easily feed four people so it went a long way for just my boyfriend and I. He’s not vegan but absolutely loved it. We got the buffalo burger and dark horse burger. So sooooo good. Topped it off with oat milk ice cream soft serve. Was exactly what we needed after walking over 5 miles in Harpers Ferry. What an amazing gem - cannot wait to go back!!!”
“We just love this place! They are always personable and spend time in conversation with you. They make you feel like you are at home with family. Highly recommend them and any future business .”
“My wife and I were in town for a weekend away. We made reservations for a Friday night and were not disappointed! Scott was the supreme host/waiter/bartender. The atmosphere was eclectic and cozy. Drinks were superb, food was delicious and fresh, and as a bonus, the prices are VERY reasonable. You won't be disappointed!”
“The gyros were excellent, and the staff were very professional and easy-going. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quick, filling meal, plus the outdoor seating has good views of Maryland Heights.”
“Cute little place with a limited but good menu. I wasn't a huge fan of the sourdough, didn't have enough tang. But the asiago loaf was scrumptious and the country loaf was gone in about five minutes. Very cute shop and worth a stop in!”
“I stopped by on a Monday (when it seemsLike there is no place to eat!) and ordered a curry chicken salad sandwich to go.I have had a smoothly here before and enjoyed that.Service was great (and speedy) and I enjoyed my chicken salad sandwich, which comes on toast with lettuce on the sandwich and potato chips on the side. Flavor was great. Texture- with celery and green onions was yummy. Will definitely stop by again and maybe eat-in. Yum!”
“Little Brick is one of the best coffee shops around. They’re also great with kids. They made a hot chocolate version of the Cowboy latte for our daughter. Highly recommended.”
“Everything I was excited for about this place fell flat. Service was decent, but the room we were shoved into was cramped and damp. Food was subpar for what I was expecting and for the price. Platting was fantastic, but the taste just wasn't there. We waited quite a long time for our drinks.”
“I really enjoy their cold brew which is available at several places throughout town. Going to their actual brick and mortar place is great. They make excellent coffee drinks with just the right amount of flavoring when desired. They also will make decaf versions if you are taking it easy on caffeine.”
“The drinks and food were on point, one of the best old fashioneds I have ever had! Everything was so incredibly good! But not only that, Alma Bea also really took care of me as a vegetarian and catered to me so unexpectedly. I am truly amazed with this restaurant. I also fell in love with our waitress Julia, she was the most sweetest, charming server I think I've ever had! ? We will definitely be going back and recommend this restaurant to everyone❤️”
“Wow! If you like red velvet cakes, you'll love their red velvet muffin! Chocolate chips and if you warm it up a warm cream cheese center! Divine! I can't to come back to try more! Plus my smores latte was amazing!”
“It's such a beautiful space. Coffee and muffins are my favorite. The staff is absolutely wonderful! It's one of my favorite stops when I'm in town.”
“This is a popular destination! Sometimes the line can be out the door and down the sidewalk. I think they give a bit better value the buck than other Icecream shops in the area.”
“Kylie's Confections is a must try! Serving pastries, cupcakes, breakfast and even lunch - you're sure to find a treat you enjoy! Best chocolate chip cookies hands down, and diverse selection of cupcakes makes for a new flavor each visit!”
“Definitely a treasure found! This ice cream place was absolutely wonderful. The menu and choices are great. Only place to have Lavender Honey ice cream. It was so good I almost don't have words . If you are near or padding by or even just a trip it's worth it. Friendly employee and clean.”
“We sat in the bar area and our waiter, Mark, was very friendly. He was attentive, despite also managing the bar, other tables in the bar area, and running orders for order pickups.”
“We love this place; elevated comfort food in a relaxed environment. Our go to table waiter is David, he always takes great care of us. Suzie is the absolute best bartender and her espresso martinis are to die for (sorry Suzie!)”
“I am absolutely in love with this place! From the friendly staff to the AMAZING array of homemade baked goods, they don't miss a beat. They keep the line moving when it's busy in there and their service is impeccable. I'm totally hooked on their homemade cream cheese. Whenever I visit Charles Town, stopping here is a must.”
“Our server Karen was fantastic and ask for a better server. Trystin I am guessing is a manager is LAZY. Hope she’s not a manager the way she barked at others, rude and just plain lazy.”
“Ordered the Rodeo's Grill Special and shared with my wife - it was delicious! Loved it. Highly recommend! The staff was attentive and very pleasant to work with.Great experience all around!”
“Ashamedly I was biased about what the quality of Mexican or Tex-Mex food would be in West Virginia…..boy was I proven wrong. This place was incredible! Everything was delicious! Everything came out warm/hot with obviously fresh tasting ingredients that were well prepared! Even simple things like the refried beans or chips and salsa were very tasty! The frozen margarita was also delicious! 10/10 would recommend this place! Staff were also very friendly and professionally attentive and attired!”
“This is a place where God’s grace overflows. As soon as I walked in, I felt warm inside. Also, the coffee is smooth and delicious, and I received the best service. If you visit here, I hope you visit this cafe at least once??”

“This family owned business makes exceptional beers and exceptional memories. My wife & our friends and family have been visiting Wheatland Spring Farm Brewery for several years - and keep coming back for more! From a consistent stream of events to unique and expertly crafted beers literally made from ingredients grown on this farm - everyone should know about this hidden gem of a venue.”
“We love Ortega's! Wish we lived closer because we would hit them up so much more! Street tacos are amazing and made authentically. I try to avoid wheat as much as possible since it messes with my health so having the option of corn tortillas really makes me happy. ? We try and come early to get their breakfast menu too! Prices are on point even in this economy. ?”
“I don’t make a habit of reviewing breweries because people experience them differently, but felt compelled with this one. Harvest Gap Brewery has consistently good beer on tap - recommend Heavy D for the sour lovers and the toasted lager for the stout lovers (not an IPA drinker, so can’t provide a recommendation there). Also, don’t be fooled by the seemingly small gathering space when you first walk through the front door - there is a large beer hall just past the bar & bathrooms, with an additional overflow gathering space just past that. The outdoor space is expansive, offering fire pits, picnic tables, and plenty of running around space for kids. Lastly, the mountain views, especially in the early evening, are gorgeous! Highly recommend this great LC brewery!”
“It was a little busy. Everyone enjoyed the nachos, taco salad, and the quesadilla. I got the reuben sandwich, wouldn't recommend it at all. The French Cosmopolitan is excellent!”
“Friendly, helpful staff. As a measure of any French themed restaurant, the bread with its flavored butters was quite good. A nice range of regular menu options as well as interesting specials. We chose two regular menu items and two specials. All were nicely prepared with portion sizes just about right. Wines by the glass and bottle were well chosen to compliment the menu. Our desert was shared, quite rich. Closed out the evening with a cappuccino. We noticed that a small bar that could seat four people was full offering a walk-in option; although on a Tuesday evening table were available. Worth noting that like so many restaurants here, parking is on the street.”
“I loved this vineyard. The service was amazing. The manager was so sweet. The ambiance is cute. I also actually really enjoyed the wine flights. At first glance I thought the truffle flight was expensive for a small box of chocolate BUT I really enjoyed the chocolate and the wine so I would recommend. I also tried the sweet flight which was equally as good for a great price.”
“Most delicious pastries I had on the entire Appalachian Trail. The iced coffee and sandwiches were amazing too! They even invited me for a free wine tasting after I was done eating lunch. I had to keep on hiking that day, so I didn't do the wine tasting, but I'll never forget how kind they were to a stinky thru-hiker! I hope to make it back here someday to enjoy more great food and hospitality ☺️”
