Rations Cafe simply roasts the tastiest coffee in America. I visited Rations Cafe in summer 2019 and was blown away, not just by the coffee, but also by the friendly service and delicious food. I don't see myself as a coffee connoisseur, but their coffee is complex and perfectly roasted. Some coffee might say that it should be a dark roast. But should it? Very nice, quick and reasonably priced! Hot chocolate and coffee were delicious. I didn't get a waffle (regrets) but they have an awesome topping bar - unique and looked great.
