“What do I recommend about Boxcar Burgers Middletown? A must go! GLUTEN FREE Options and Celiac Safe! They have gluten free buns and a dedicated fryer for French fries. The employees understand communication for dietary restrictions and take the necessary precautions. A wonderful addition to Middletown for gluten free peeps.”

“Stopped in 15 minutes before closing on my husband’s birthday so I could get him something delicious. They never made me feel rushed and were absolutely lovely. I picked a key lime cheesecake slice, a berry tart, and a chocolate crème brûlée. My husband loved them all. Our favorite, though, was the cheesecake. SO delicious. I’ll definitely be back!”

“This 24-hour diner attached to the Travelodge in Brunswick,Maryland is a throwback to the diners of the 1950s. We were looking for a decent meal after being on the road all day, and came upon this diner. The two women, Olivia and Kara who were working there could not have made the experience better. They were friendly, accommodated a special request for my husband, who was in the mood for an open-faced, hot turkey sandwich with gravy. They made the gravy as a special accommodation. The restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and the food was delicious. I would not hesitate to grab a meal there if you’re in the area.”

They’re top-notch, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet like so many places tend to make them. A special shoutout to Liz the bartender, who was amazing! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in what she creates behind the bar. Her cocktails were spot-on and elevated the entire experience. If you’re looking for great food, expertly made drinks, and excellent service, Alekos is definitely worth a visit. We’ll absolutely be back!”

“Okay let me tell you- I have eaten at many places and as such, many Italian places. However, Fratellis in Middletown Maryland has now topped them all. My significant other and I went there for our anniversary and it was an amazing experience. Despite being busy, they treated us like family and the waiter stopped by extremely frequently to check if we needed anything. We had two flavors of sangria, the meatball sliders, chicken Alfredo, and lobster stuffed raviolis. All dishes came with GENEROUS portions, enough for two people two share OR a perfect lunch for the following day. To top it off, the desert was phenomenal! We had their carrot cake which was 6 layers of perfection! We will absolutely be returning in the future.”

John was incredibly attentive, sensitive to our table’s needs, and struck the perfect balance of being knowledgeable and genuinely funny. “As soon as you pull up to the parking lot the aroma of freshly baked goods just hits you. It’s a torture to stand in line waiting for your turn to go in but the wait is so worth it. I wanted to try everything on their menu but I ended up getting brownies, chocolate croissants, apple pastries, and a delicious peach tart that I still dream about. Every single thing was delicious and you can taste the quality of the ingredients and the time they take to make every single thing. I can’t wait to go back.”

“My partner and I visited this cidery during our stay at a bed and breakfast nearby. We really enjoyed the cider flight and wine flight! The mulled cider wine was a nice touch! This place can be tricky to get to if you plan on using an Uber or Lyft. The workers were so kind. One of the workers helped us get to the brewery nearby and back to our bed and breakfast because Lyft rides were so hard to get to. This is definitely worth a visit!”
