“It was a little busy. Everyone enjoyed the nachos, taco salad, and the quesadilla. I got the reuben sandwich, wouldn't recommend it at all. The French Cosmopolitan is excellent!”

“Plentiful tea goodies and attentive service, nice selection of interesting teas. The scones were just a bit over baked and the tea sandwiches would have benefitted from a few veggies or fruit slices or something more inventive along with the cream cheese and herbs. The decor is playful and nostalgic. Nice reuse of an old church building that we are told had gone into severe decline. I'd go back for lunch.Parking: We drove around trying to figure out if the restaurant had its own parking lot but it doesn't. Street parking is cheap compared to DC (50 cents an hour) but the parking kiosk ate two of my quarters!”

“I had heard about this place but had never been so we decided to visit today and I'm so glad that we did. The gentleman behind the counter as well as the cooks went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and we're very enjoyable .Overall it reminded me of a pizza parlor from the '90s and was nostalgic, which I enjoyed. The Steak and Cheese sub was tasty, and the Pizza was so perfectly cooked that even "El Presidente" David Portnoy would be proud! It was also delicious! The Buffalo wings were good as well. I will be returning with my wife and son so they can try this pizza right out of the oven as it was very delicious!”

“My wife and I ordered a quart of pork friend rice and a few chicken egg rolls. The rice was really good. Possibly a little heavy on the onions, which I don' mind but so might. The egg rolls were excellent. The food was done in 10-15 minutes from when I ordered, and service was pleasant at pick up.”

“The child taking the order wasn’t paying attention. Husband ordered a double whopper and fries, meaning a meal, he didn’t ask if he wanted a meal and just put a burger and fries separate with no drink. I told him to add 8 cheese tots twice, when I got my order, he didn’t order it because it wasn’t on the receipt so I had to go and order again. I got the Candied Bacon Burger meal… didn’t even have the crispy onions in it like the picture. It actually looked nothing like the picture but it was good. Place was clean, spacious.”

“Cute little place with a limited but good menu. I wasn't a huge fan of the sourdough, didn't have enough tang. But the asiago loaf was scrumptious and the country loaf was gone in about five minutes. Very cute shop and worth a stop in!”

“I’ve been vegan 7 years and after trying this once, it’s now in the top 3 of vegan restaurants I’ve tried worldwide. The food was fresh, came out quick and tasted incredible. Staff was also super friendly and helpful in picking out options. The nachos could easily feed four people so it went a long way for just my boyfriend and I. He’s not vegan but absolutely loved it. We got the buffalo burger and dark horse burger. So sooooo good. Topped it off with oat milk ice cream soft serve. Was exactly what we needed after walking over 5 miles in Harpers Ferry. What an amazing gem - cannot wait to go back!!!”

“Most delicious pastries I had on the entire Appalachian Trail. The iced coffee and sandwiches were amazing too! They even invited me for a free wine tasting after I was done eating lunch. I had to keep on hiking that day, so I didn't do the wine tasting, but I'll never forget how kind they were to a stinky thru-hiker! I hope to make it back here someday to enjoy more great food and hospitality ☺️”

“It's wild to see that this place has anything less than a 5 star rating, I live about 45 minutes away and still bring my daughter as often as I can. The staff has ALWAYS been friendly, and the ice cream has always been amazing albeit I do agree it's a little pricey, but that's what you get when the milk comes from the farm right behind the building and not from a corporation.My ONLY negative review about here is how muddy the the ground gets by the slides, alot of times we have to pass on playing.Parking: Gravel parking lot, numerous unmarked spaces.Kid-friendliness: The staff has been amazing and patient with my daughter (5yo) every time we've been in, offering tastes when she doesn't know what she wants, to always having a smile and actually talking to her like she's a person and asking her what she wants.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking lot is gravel, front entrance has a double door that can be opened, everything is on 1 level.”
