As soon as you pull up to the parking lot the aroma of freshly baked goods just hits you. It’s a torture to stand in line waiting for your turn to go in but the wait is so worth it. I wanted to try everything on their menu but I ended up getting brownies, chocolate croissants, apple pastries, and a delicious peach tart that I still dream about. Deb’s Artisan Bakehouse is one of those places that immediately makes you understand the hype.
We drove an hour to get there, arrived before opening, and there were already more than 10 people lined up outside. That alone told us we were probably in for something special.
