Okay let me tell you- I have eaten at many places and as such, many Italian places. However, Fratellis in Middletown Maryland has now topped them all. My significant other and I went there for our anniversary and it was an amazing experience. Despite being busy, they treated us like family and the waiter stopped by extremely frequently to check if we needed anything.
