“The cheesesteak I had was good. Tasted like it had quality ingredients, was well put together, flavorful. The pizza was alright if I had a complaint it was a bit more floppy, less crisp than I'd prefer but that's subjective and preference based, flavor wise I thought it was fine.

I ordered online and the service was quick and friendly when I arrived for pickup. Solid local pizza place.”

“Might be in a gas station but its the best fried chicken in the area. And the honey biscuits are fantastic too. There can be a wait cause they don't always have a bunch pre-made, so its made to order.
Yes this place actually exists, despite reviews stating otherwise. It is inside the Liberty gas station. Customer service isn't spectacular, but I wouldn't call it bad. They take your order and hand you your food. No fanfare.”

“Today was our second visit to Joan +Joe’s. And it did not disappoint. The Midwinter Latte was SO GOOD!! My husband got his hot & I got mine iced & both were delicious. Last week my husband got the Caramel Dream & he liked it as well. Very good quality. And the whipped cream is so yummy too. The staff is so friendly & welcoming. Looking forward to many trips in the future”

“10/10 recommend A Lot O’ Gelato! The owner is so kind and has some of the best flavors ever!!! The other week I told her I was coming the next day to get another pint of the Island Coconut Gelato (my favorite) and she noticed she was getting low on it and didn’t want to risk getting busy and not having enough so she made my pint and put it in the back for me so it was already ready when I came in to get it!!! Literally best customer service ever!!!”

“Was in Shepherdstown with a group of friends and we ate here TWICE in one weekend. Great variety to meet everyone's needs (Vegetarian, GF, vegan, meat-eaters alike). The homemade soups were fantastic, salads amazing, sandwiches substantive. Will return next time we are in town!”

They provided excellent hospitality and make you feel really welcome. Next, just reading the menu is a drool fest. Everything sounds so good! And it delivers. From mocktails to sandwiches to flatbread to soup to cookies and more, we had an absolutely delicious, nourishing lunch. Perfectly spiced, well thought out. It was the kind where you feel the love and care put into every dish. And it tasted like heaven. There's a reason they've been around for 20 years. They get it. Highly recommend!”

“Excellent & unique flavors offered each month. The Expresso Milkshake if a must try with any of the coffee flavored ice creams. The flight is a good start as it’s just enough to try flavors with 4 mini scoops for families and/or a date or friend. We’ve been fans since the beginning and if you like love poured into a homemade product this is your time to try it out. Enjoy!”
