The atmosphere is wonderful, there are cute decorations throughout the place and a beautiful outdoor seating area. The food was excellent too, with a lot of variety on the menu. “Mohalu is a welcoming space for all to practice. Class is always exactly what you needed, and you leave feeling refreshed and reenergized. “I tried messaging them private but they never answered because I don't think one bad employee defines your whole bakery. My girlfriend and I visited your bakery last weekend. The manager on duty seemed a little agitated with a prior customer and had an attitde while we were ordering. She checked us out and then put our food in the microwave to warm up as we requested. She went to the back while we waited. We were standing there for about 5 minutes and when she came back to the front, she was holding a dirty plunger in her hand and grabbed our food out of the microwave. We were disgusted and ended up throwing our food away. We did not want to make a big deal and have other customers upset. I thought it was a good idea to let you know what was happening in your bakery.“

“We had an absolutely amazing experience on Homecoming Saturday! The entire Potomac Ridge team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly despite the busy crowd. The kitchen was impressive—getting fresh, delicious food out in less than 10 minutes with smiles all around. I complimented someone from the kitchen, smiling they proudly responded, ‘thank you, breaking records!’ I loved that! As the sun set, the fire pits were lit, and an employee started selling s’mores kits, personally chatting with each group at the fire pits. The heaters under the pavilion were a cozy touch. It all wrapped up with a friendly send-off from the door holder! Such a delightful experience.“

If you order on the weekend you get less food (for me) and have made mistakes on my order (left off the tomato, lettuce, or cheese etc.) They use quality meats and a variety of cheese. The bread is fresh but have had a stale sub roll from time to time. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. The soda machine is clean and so is the location. Sub shop seating.“

“First thing we noticed is it’s pricey, but 5-star cause it’s worth it. We are not from the area but like to visit wineries while we’re traveling and this was the best one of the day. We were a little surprised at the price when compared to others but by the end of the day we wished we had just stayed here all day vs. spending $ & time trying others out. The wine flights & pizza were GOOD + atmosphere was BEAUTIFUL, even in a little rainstorm, the tent and couches set up were so cozy. It was quiet and peaceful. Great service. Clean facility. We’ll return and spend money & time well worth it.“

“Really enjoyed our recent trip to the brewery and the adventure center! We went to the brewery for some very good beers, had an excellent pizza (looking forward to having some ice cream the next time we visit), and were entertained by the fantastic views and the live music. Stayed overnight in one of the cabins next to the brewery. What a fun night! The beds are pretty bare-bones, so I'd recommend bringing an air mattress with you. Overall, we had a great time and are planning our next trip!“

It’s not easy cooking chicken like that in a fast food set up and every time I go in there, I can tell the whole team is working as hard as they can to deliver the quickest and best customer service that they possibly can the manager there is super tentative to what customers may need and I had needed some help with something tonight and the manager came up and help me so quickly and it really was just awesome customer service and being someone that knows from working in the industry before myself I just wanted it to be known that i appreciated the entire teams efforts.“
