“Hands down, King's has the BEST Sicilian pizza in Frederick County, and even Washington County. We lived in Brunswick for only a few years and still drive back simply to get a Sicilian. It is absolutely worth a drive.

“First time visiting Brookside Inn and we were blown away! The food was outstanding. The menu is so descriptive that it makes you want to try everything you’d honestly have to come back multiple times just to experience it all. We also loved that they support Hemp’s Meat, a local meat locker. The staff was absolutely phenomenal. Our waitress, Kaylor, was incredible she memorized all of our orders and provided excellent service throughout the entire meal. Everything was cooked to perfection. My husband had the jalapeño burger, I had the beef brisket sandwich, and our daughter ordered the buffalo wings. The wings alone were worth the money very meaty and cooked perfectly. We’re already looking forward to going back and truly believe this will become our new go-to dining spot!“

“We visited because they were part of the Loudoun Heights Holiday Ornament Trail * stop 5 for us! Saturday they were also hosting The Charles Washington Symphony so they were VERY busy! The Symphony required reservations, which we did not have, though we were lucky to get 2 seats by a barrel table.
Staff at the front counter were friendly. Wines were nice. I liked the way the flight was served!
Tasting room is pretty large and there is a lot of outdoor space as well.
We hope to stop back again

2022 Thomas Great: This Bordeaux blend of 50% Cabernet Franc, 35% Petit Verdot, and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon brings classic varietals together Aged 3 years in Oak and 18 months in bottle, it's powerful yet refined. Aromas of dark plum black cherry, and violet mingle with mocha, cedar, and a touch of herb. Petit Verdot adds depth while Cabernet Franc brings bright spice. “Lovely small vineyard that makes you feel at home. They have great wines, steaks, eggs and other food products. We have been coming here for years and always enjoy our time. Bob is amazing and does so much to make you feel part of the family“

Not disappointed!!!
Decent selection of beers and they will can 16oz fresh beer to take to go if you want to take a few with you.
The bartender / owner/head brewer was very helpful and was willing to give us as many samples as we wanted to pick the best beer for us.

We were a little surprised at the price when compared to others but by the end of the day we wished we had just stayed here all day vs. spending $ & time trying others out. The wine flights & pizza were GOOD + atmosphere was BEAUTIFUL, even in a little rainstorm, the tent and couches set up were so cozy. It was quiet and peaceful. Great service. Clean facility. “Visited this winery with some friends the other week. Wine flightes were pre selected but you can still get a taste of any wine and beer!

Our bartender Arman was very friendly and helped guide us on the best wines to pair with our food. He also gave us a great breakdown on all the beers on draught and gave us amazing food recs (get the carpenters flatbread)!

“Randomly passed by and stopped in for lunch on a long road trip back home from Maryland…and so very glad we did! Truffle fries, fig and brie flatbread, and strawberry cheesecake French toast…all so good!!! This was literally one of the best meals we’ve had in as far back as we can remember. We are so sad you are over 7 hours away from us, but we hope lacrosse or work takes us somewhere near you again. We will definitely be back!“

“Really enjoyed our recent trip to the brewery and the adventure center! We went to the brewery for some very good beers, had an excellent pizza (looking forward to having some ice cream the next time we visit), and were entertained by the fantastic views and the live music. Stayed overnight in one of the cabins next to the brewery. What a fun night! The beds are pretty bare-bones, so I'd recommend bringing an air mattress with you. Overall, we had a great time and are planning our next trip!“

“Vanish truly is one of my fav breweries in this area. I will drive/ride specifically to enjoy the views, the brews, and everything this place has to offer. The staff is always top notch. The selection of beer is expansive— having even some sour options for drinkers like me with a sweet tooth. They also offer wine and a lot of food options. If you go on the weekends- they have a shop calls Nollypop that’s open and it’s great. Came for the Pink Ribbon release benefiting a local charity— this continues to show me this places dedication to the local community and its causes. Keep it up, Vanish.“
