My wife and I visited Flying Ace Farm during a day trip to western Virginia. We both love a good bbq and were excited to check this place out after seeing all the positive reviews. The hype is warranted. We picked the brisket and ribs as our entrees, and mac & cheese and mushrooms for our sides. The brisket and ribs were incredibly tender and juicy. BBQ, Bourbon, & Beer. What more could you ask for? Each item from food to beverage is well done and makes for an enjoyable outing. The brewery hall has a great cocktail selection incorporating their distilled bourbon, their brewed drafts, and some banging bbq. I didn't go here to drink, but I had the food and it was pretty good. This was my second trip and it was better than the first. Smash burgers were good as was the Mac. If you don't want alcohol your drink options are limited.
