The bartender is outstanding and very personable. We love the Press Room. We have never been disappointed with any of our meals. “Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. The outdoor seating is amazing bc they have a beautiful walkway and a river that runs through the whole outside seating area. “You can tell when you drive up to a place if the food is good by how busy the parking lot is. Sure was busy, but a few minute wait just allowed us to fall in love with the quaint interior of this Cafe. The food was as good as the wait staff! Would definitely plan to eat here again, to try the breakfast menu! The exterior porch all decorated for Christmas just added to the charm!“

“I tend to DoorDash a lot when I’m at my office and don’t always have utensils on hand. Almost every restaurant I order from never gives me utensils, napkins, condiments, or they skimp on the portions. Kitzie’s has been great every single time! Food has been fantastic, they give you more than enough supplies to actually eat with and they don’t lower their portion sizes. Very impressed!“

“My server Cassi R provided excellent service with a wonderful demeanor; I felt very welcomed and hope to have her table the next time I dine there.
My food was excellently prepared and that brioche bread and honey butter...I had to fight hard not to inhale it...it was so good.
I do have two critiques:
1. Ensure the steak knives are properly sharpened. My bison ribeye was perfectly prepared, but at times I had a little difficulty cutting it due to a slightly dull steak knife.
2. Please update your online menu! I did my research before arriving and knew what I wanted, to include dessert. The online menu lists an apple crumble dessert; that's what I wanted. However, when presented with the dessert menu, I was disappointed to be informed that apple crumble had been removed from the menu sometime ago, and for some unknown reason the online menu has not been updated.“

“Applebees is honestly my go-to place for food and the vibe of the place I love it, but recently had a poor experience with a manager Jay :(. There was no need to be rude because of a discount I didn’t know was applicable or NOT due to my girlfriend working there. Besides it only knocked off 2.78 cents from the original price. But all in all I love the place and most importantly the delicious food (Chicken Alfredo with NO BROCCOLI) YUMMY!“
“We have already ordered here many times and love the food… when it’s actually fresh. Today I put in an order for 1:30-1:40 and when I arrived at exactly 1:30 the food was already on the shelf. However, as I was picking up the bag I could feel the food was already completely cold. Like no warmth whatsoever. It must have been prepared at least 10 minutes before I scheduled to pick up. I didn’t want to be a Karen so I just went home but my husband and I were very disappointed with the cold food. I also found a hair in my wrap. Please make sure employees are wearing a hair net or hat at least!
Otherwise, the place is clean and the staff are friendly. They greet you when you walk in and help you immediately.“
