Went this weekend with friends from church and WOW! We’ve followed Rossys from the Flowing springs location, to the food truck, to now. ABSOLUTELY love this this new location next to Needful Things! We got to browse while we were on a short wait and were served up an INCREDIBLE MEAL.
Just tried the new brick and mortar location down town Charles Town. Have had the birria tacos many times via door dash from the food truck but so excited they are downtown now! The menu has SO many things to choose from! I tried the bbq pork nachos and they were absolutely incredible!! Everything tasted so fresh and the portion was huge. Came out super fast, extremely friendly staff. Very pleased about the expanded hours and can’t wait to come back and try more!!
Just had our first food from Rossy's (DoorDash) and it certainly won't be the last. Chorizo tacos and Birria tacos. YUM!
