Negative Review - Carryout on 4/6/24 - This was my first time ordering carryout of the Saturday special - Chicken and Waffles.My family and I have been here a lot for this special, but always with dine-in. The carryout version is a terrible value!! They absolutely give you much less gravy than they do when it's dine-in. My boyfriend, who went in to retrieve the order, went back in to ask for a little more gravy with the carryout order. He said a guy was about to get him some and a lady interjected that a side of gravy costs $3. My boyfriend said he was not asking for a side, just a little more that equals the amount of an in-house order, and that the woman didn't appear to care so he left. So just know that you 100% will not ever EVER be given the amount of gravy that goes with the chicken and waffles meal if you order it for carryout.My problem is with the tiny portion of gravy, the poor customer consideration and service, the overall lack of value with this particular purchase, and the fact that one of my favorite restaurants let me down so very much.

While visiting the Harper's Ferry area from Ottawa, we wanted to go a diner style restaurant in the area. After consulting Google Maps and reviews we decided to try Rossy's place. It was great. Friendly service, generous portions of good food.Parking: lot right next to the restaurant.
I have only ordered from Rossy's a handful of times, but every time I do, it doesn't disappoint. I have ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich with the Nashville Hot Sauce (I think?) and it is delicious. My favorite order is the Birria Tacos; it comes with the broth/sauce/juice and red beans and rice. Rossy's has the best Birria Tacos in town! I've tried Birria at other restaurants and none taste as good as this! I'm in love with the rice and beans too - please don't ever change the recipe!! If I had to complain about anything, would be, the amount of sauce on the Santa Fe Egg Rolls (I prefer a little more than a drizzle) but overall, Rossy's is excellent and I will continue to be a repeat customer!

Took our teenage son there and had an excellent meal. Pretty standard diner atmosphere (which was great for us wanting a casual outing), fair pricing, and delicious food. Son had the fish and chips, I had the sliders. Both were excellent. Service was friendly and fast. We will definitely be back!
