The waitress Susan is always nice and helpful, and is always kind.
I needed help with how to check a ticket, and she was so helpful in giving me a helping hand.And she was more than glad that I asked for her help.
She taught me a lot on that day.

HOLLYWOOD CASINO IN C-TOWN IS AN AMAZING PLACE! The dealers, servers, pit bosses and all employees are nice, cordial and want you to have a GREAT experience!
The restaurants are top notch.
