“Convenient location near us. The inside of the store and ingredient area is always quite clean and better than other locations I've been too.

One of the ladies there is quite friendly and helpful. The other worker I've had some trouble using my rewards when inside the store (they just need to scan the app off my phone.) However, I just started ordering online before coming in to avoid that issue.“

“The employees here are wonderful! Attentive, friendly and very good at their jobs. There can be a drive thru line around the building, and you will get through as quickly as possible and your order will be correct! My favorite McDonald's in the area!“

Five Guys Burgers and Fries, simply amazing! I have eaten at multiple Five Guys and this particular store maintains the high quality food and service that one expects from Five Guys.

There really is not a way to describe how happy your taste buds will be when you bite into your burger and fries.... Besides, heaven in a greasy brown bag.“

“We drove a little while to get to this place as we traveled and this restaurant did not disappoint. It was clean, staff was friendly, and most importantly the food was delicious. We especially love the condiment bar where you can dress up your sandwich and have access to all of Roy Rogers special sauces. Our favorite is the cowboy sauce.“

“Order here twice a month and sometimes more. If you order during the week the staff and food is great and have never had an issue. If you order on the weekend you get less food (for me) and have made mistakes on my order (left off the tomato, lettuce, or cheese etc.) They use quality meats and a variety of cheese. The bread is fresh but have had a stale sub roll from time to time. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. The soda machine is clean and so is the location. Sub shop seating.“

“Ok first and foremost the people who used the drive thru don't understand how long johns works they were never and I mean never built for speed sure the argument can be made that times have changed but that is actually a valid reason for this when you are dealing with seafood you need to make sure it's cooked properly or else you will get super sick second it needs to be prepared one meal at a time to get the best flavor of the food so again that is not the restaurants fault as much as the people who are ordering so overall this place is great but if your in a hurry then go somewhere else“

“Although it's busy during the height of Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner hours, I recommend those times of day due to the fact that it's becoming a common practice to serve stale fries, and other items that can be kept in warmers. I prefer my food prepared fresh, so I don't mind waiting for quality. On this visit I arrived around 7pm, my fries were inedible as the were cold and hard. I also saw them pulling the burger from a warmer and adding the extra items to it that I requested. Cheese wasn't even melted on the burger. 🫤“

“The staff here is consistently polite, prompt, friendly and they prepare the sandwiches accurately. I love that our meal can be brought out to the curbside waiting area so Subway sandwiches have become a safe, convenient option for our family on our take out dinner nights.“

“Just another overpopulated fast food spot in Charles Town. High School hang out makes it impossible to have any meal not take unbearably long to serve. And a couple months back for breakfast I requested the California Crunch Wrap (greatest thing on the Taco Bell breakfast lineup in my opinion) when they regrettably informed me that they no longer served breakfast at this particular location. Huge bummer.“

“im not sure the gentleman's. name that delivered pur pizza today, but he is by far the nicest delivery driver ive met. we had a horrible experience with one delivery driver and this man made up for that today. he deserves a raise and to be recognized for sure. im Sorry I didnt get his name, but our delivery was on S. George Street if that helps. thank you to him!!“

“We have already ordered here many times and love the food… when it’s actually fresh. Today I put in an order for 1:30-1:40 and when I arrived at exactly 1:30 the food was already on the shelf. However, as I was picking up the bag I could feel the food was already completely cold. Like no warmth whatsoever. It must have been prepared at least 10 minutes before I scheduled to pick up. I didn’t want to be a Karen so I just went home but my husband and I were very disappointed with the cold food. I also found a hair in my wrap. Please make sure employees are wearing a hair net or hat at least!

Otherwise, the place is clean and the staff are friendly. They greet you when you walk in and help you immediately.“
