“This is my favorite chick fil a in all of my surrounding states. The employees are wonderful and offer fast service everytime. The food is always hot and fresh when it comes out. This location never has long wait time, great for any time of the day or night.“

“Be prepared to not find every order on the self check out menu. If you are ordering family size meals- just get someone's attention at the counter- you may need to flag someone down as they do not greet- possibly assuming you can oder from the self serve terminal. Other than that, the food was really good - cole slaw and biscuits on point- mash potatoes are instant but the brown gravy makes up for it.“

“Order here twice a month and sometimes more. If you order during the week the staff and food is great and have never had an issue. If you order on the weekend you get less food (for me) and have made mistakes on my order (left off the tomato, lettuce, or cheese etc.) They use quality meats and a variety of cheese. The bread is fresh but have had a stale sub roll from time to time. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. The soda machine is clean and so is the location. Sub shop seating.“

“Cashier was very professional and friendly. Good value, tasty sandwich and curly fries. We usually stop in Nitro on our travels to and from Ohio to NC., because we know we will get a hot lunch.“

“My food was great, and my large cheeseballs were huge. However, dont plan to preorder onlin when I tried to order online the uber delivery requiremement made it all choke. So I upgraded my combo on theirnsyatem, but the very nice lady said the syatem would not let her upgrade, only add, so my $15 combo with upgrades online was $22 there oddly enough.
But the food was ready lightning fast. They just need to invest in useful tech platforms.“

“Although it's busy during the height of Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner hours, I recommend those times of day due to the fact that it's becoming a common practice to serve stale fries, and other items that can be kept in warmers. I prefer my food prepared fresh, so I don't mind waiting for quality. On this visit I arrived around 7pm, my fries were inedible as the were cold and hard. I also saw them pulling the burger from a warmer and adding the extra items to it that I requested. Cheese wasn't even melted on the burger. 🫤“

“We have already ordered here many times and love the food… when it’s actually fresh. Today I put in an order for 1:30-1:40 and when I arrived at exactly 1:30 the food was already on the shelf. However, as I was picking up the bag I could feel the food was already completely cold. Like no warmth whatsoever. It must have been prepared at least 10 minutes before I scheduled to pick up. I didn’t want to be a Karen so I just went home but my husband and I were very disappointed with the cold food. I also found a hair in my wrap. Please make sure employees are wearing a hair net or hat at least!

Otherwise, the place is clean and the staff are friendly. They greet you when you walk in and help you immediately.“

“im not sure the gentleman's. name that delivered pur pizza today, but he is by far the nicest delivery driver ive met. we had a horrible experience with one delivery driver and this man made up for that today. he deserves a raise and to be recognized for sure. im Sorry I didnt get his name, but our delivery was on S. George Street if that helps. thank you to him!!“
