“The food here is hands down the worst fast food you can get (and it isn't even cheap) but also it's DQ and I don't know why you'd think it wouldn't be. The ice cream is where it's at, just get yourself a wildly overpriced ice cream treat and enjoy, because it will be delicious.“

“I made my second visit to Ortega's yesterday and was just as delighted as the first visit! The food is delicious and the service is great. It has a great vibe and is immaculate in terms of how clean and nice the dining space is! I got carry out and I really, really appreciated seeing my food was wrapped in simple foil and chips in a brown paper bag. It's not always the easiest or cheapest way for a restaurant to use more eco-friendly methods so they deserve a shout out from someone who noticed and appreciates this effort! I had a 30+ minute drive afterwards with my carry out and my tostada was STILL crunchy when I got to my destination!! And also delicious 😊 I was so impressed! If you live in Charles Town or are just passing through like me do not miss a chance to stop in at Ortega's!“

“Jade was very polite and friendly. The whole crew working the night of 08/17/2024 was superb. This place is very clean, they kept on cleaning the whole time we were there, they all were happy and working hard the whole time. The food was great, One of the best five guys I have visited.“

“The girl working the drive through window at 5:00pm (6/24/24) was unfortunately super rude, barely acknowledged me, when she handed me my bags she seemed bothered to do so and she cut me off before I could ask for more napkins by shutting the door/going onto her headset . Usually this is a great place, I get it though kids are kids.
Still 5 stars cause yall do a great job normally and I’ve seen you guys go above and beyond to fix other situations while I waited for my food so this was a shock in comparison to my usual experience.“

“New Cod sandwich and platter was really delicious (I ordered both) and I'm happy to report these weren't just fish sticks or fish patties like other fast food restaurants, this is real fish! ... and the salad was large and fresh. Service good, restaurant clean. All good. (The new Cod isn't on the menu item options to select below but we do recommend it!)“

The line started all the way by the service road.

The crew was plentiful, but the delivery to the car was extensively tardy.

The young staff were kind and appeared to be dealing with the same frustrated situation.

We are looking forward to returning to see how they do.“

“This is a long John silver with an A&W in one restaurant. You can order from anyone you like and also mix and match.. there aren’t many of these restaurants left across the country. I was pretty happy to see them and that too together. Food is good. They’re quick with it quality is as expected. It really takes you back. Prices are extremely reasonable. You will have a fulfilling meal here. The other fast food joints and try something different here.

I ordered from the A&W menu, specifically the spicy double papa burger. And all the veggies on the burger were extremely fresh and the fries are amazing. All For $10. Definitely better value & better taste as compared to a lot of the other fast food joints.“

“i went through the drive thru today and the lovely woman taking my order was literally the sweetest! i was having trouble with the app and she was so understanding and helpful. she was so patient as i spent a couple minutes trying to figure it out. i wish i knew her name but she had glasses and curly hair. she had the best attitude and great customer service!“

“Mannnn this food was fye!!! I haven’t had LJS in foreeeever! I was passing through on my rig and decided to stop! If you drive an 18 wheeler there’s room next to the Dollar Tree to walk and get you some yummmm Awesome customer service! Excellent fresh food EVERYTHING was hot n fresh! I do recommend deep cleaning/stripping the floor! It’s really really caked up dirty! If someone owns a business like that you could make a nice chunk of change stripping their floors and pressure washing the lot! It’s much needed! Take care“

“Our order was perfect and for the first time in a LONG time we had a GREAT cashier! Her name is Heather W (according to the receipt).The guacamole was great, they skipped the tomatoes, like i asked...I had to take away one star because the new "Cantina crispy chicken taco" was overpriced, considering the piece of chicken in it was about the size of 2 fingers. (On a smaller hand). (Pictured below)Overall, the quality that the employees could control, was fantastic. ☺“

“im not sure the gentleman's. name that delivered pur pizza today, but he is by far the nicest delivery driver ive met. we had a horrible experience with one delivery driver and this man made up for that today. he deserves a raise and to be recognized for sure. im Sorry I didnt get his name, but our delivery was on S. George Street if that helps. thank you to him!!“

“This is one of the cleaner and nicer Subways in the area. I’ll drive the extra few miles to come here rather than the locations in Martinsburg. The bread is always fresh, never stale and hard as a rock. The employees are always nice and the tables are always clean.“
