“Stopped here on 3/31/26 2:44. It sure felt and tasted great to eat at a five star restaurant 😁. Service was great, fast, and fresh. Everything was made correctly, and of course fresh. This location definitely lives up to the standards of service that chic fil a always delivers. On another note I am a person who pays attention to details. While I was standing in line I of course got to looking around and I must say when I looked up at the entrance there are windows up high, and these windows were crystal clear down to the window seal. I was impressed. Little things like that are important to some people. I just would like to say great job chic fil a Team 👍👍👍👍😀😀😀😀👌. I definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area.💯“

“3/31/2026 - 450 Dual HWY - On a hope and a prayer I asked if someone knew how to make an Enchirito, and God answered my prayers. The cashier (Jennifer) was so pleasant and welcoming she asked the staff and a fella in the back knew and rattled off the components like he created the thing himself! I have to say this little town looked shady to me, but the staff here were like real good quality people. What a great experience and the quality of the food and cleanliness of the bathroom was wonderful! Great job manager and staff! This was the best Taco Bell experience of my 47 year life to date. It’s crazy when you get the customer service you expect these days without even having to ask! Thanks for the exceptional service!“

“I have to say that I'd like to give a shout out to a Bridget she did amazing she had everyone asking her what to do there was a lot of new people in there and I'm a regular and the front line girl was messing up my order mind you she was in drive-thru bridgetit was but she came over and fixed everything for us she did amazing and you need more people like her. She deserves a raise I see her working her butt off all the time she cleans the lobby she does everything.“

“I am an Uber driver in PA but I ended up with a trip to Hagerstown. So I went online to order a sub in a bowl. But since I was cutting it close to closing time, I called to let the store know I would be there to pick up my food. When I picked up my rider she said she had to add a stop which pushed me really close to 9 pm. So I called again to let the store know. The same gentleman answered both times and was super nice & understanding. When I got there right at 9 they were locking the doors. But someone said hold the door for Bradley he is picking up. Everyone working were nice & my food was brought right to me.

“Good visit. I am not in Hagerstown often, but I stopped in for a Biggie Bag meal because it is a pretty good lunch value for a dad trying to put kids thru college. I was greeted promptly by a friendly staff, food ordered quickly, and my customized order was made quickly. I would come back here again when I am in Hagerstown again.“

“Lately Wendy's has become my fast food choice. You can still get a great deal despite this crazy inflation. I got a yummy double stack with a bacon cheese baked potato and the biggie bag for 5 dollars. I got a drink and it was tasty not flat. I enjoyed my burger cooked to perfection. I really liked my baked potato. It was a bit steep on the price but perfectly delicious. The fries were delicious too. Hot and not too salty. Overall, I think I got s great meal. The employee who took my order was very nice too. I thought I forgot my wallet do I had to park and search for it. When I found it I had to go through the lane again and so they made my food once more. I appreciated the gesture.“
