“First off this is my first time trying. I’m from Baltimore so i was looking for something similar to what i eat in my city. This is it! So much food and it was cooked fresh to order. He hooked me up with so much sauce for everything and i wasn’t waiting long! This establishment can have all my money, the hush puppies were on point too. Try the fish!“
“Never ate here before. Love that they cut the meat when I ordered. There are lots of toppings to choose from and no extra charges. Giant sub and two drinks are perfect for sharing with two people. Will return again to try a different sub.“
“Stopped here for a quick bite to eat. Haven't been to a Taco Bell in about 2 years. It looked very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom was clean and fully stocked with paper towels and soap. We ordered our food and it came out quickly & correct. I ordered the crunch wrap and 2 tacos with a sprite. My gf ordered steak & cheese burrito and a taco with a coke. Both looked tasted great. We definitely go back and try something different.“
“Stopped here off the Interstate for 2 reasons. 1) We didn't want to get stuck in a sit down restaurant with 4 more hours of driving left, and 2) I know I can eat relatively healthy at a Subway.Upon entry we received a friendly welcome, and observed a super clean dinning area. Now here is where they loose a star for 2 reasons. My wife is a Subway "noob", and she doesn't know the process...bread, size, etc etc. The types of bread available was M.I.A., so she just blurted out "Italian". While you can't go wrong, she was like..."oh man!" when after the fact she learned of the bread variety listening to other customers orders.Second reason: my bread was just over toasted, slightly charred if you will, and there was way too much dressing (go light, and ask the customer if they would more, you can always add...).Other than those negative points this was a nice stop along our northern journey home.Thank's for hospitality Subway!Vegetarian options: Tons of veggies available.Kid-friendliness: Fun creative posters on the wall, and easy non complicated choices too choose from.Parking: Decent number of spaces, may get a little tight around the lunch rush because there is a restaurant next door.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide doors, uncluttered dining area.Persons in wheelchairs may need help at the drink fountains.Dietary restrictions: You can "build" your sandwich, so eat smart. The calories are posted.“
“Several months ago, my wife randomly craved Quiznos so we googled where the closest location was. To our surprise, there was still a Hagerstown location! Of all the surrounding areas, I was not expecting that. This is an outstanding privately run franchise by a wife and husband combo. They are quick, super friendly and the sandwiches are always delicious! We have been here numerous times now and it’s never been a bad meal.In my opinion, this is probably one of the best if not the best fast food run restaurants in Hagerstown. It’s always clean, quick and food quality is top notch.I believe the contributing factor that makes this restaurant so great is that the franchisees actually work there! Too many times company’s who do franchises like McDonalds, Subway and even Chic Fil-A, lose focus and who typically own these business are not involved in the day to day operations and could care less.Anyone who wants a great food experience - go here!!“
“Loved all the smiles and happy vibe, all the team members were helpful and made the order quick and looked amazing, the flavors were also great, loving the new menu items and that crispy Chicken Empanada next level, try it with the guacamole.“
“Stopped here on a road trip. I ordered the tenders and my husband, the 2 piece meal. My tenders weren’t the most tender but the sauce made it better and my husband said his 2 piece had more breading than meat. The fries were fresh and hot and tasty. So overall, just average but we attributed it to the lunch rush they must’ve just had.“
“Arby is so underrated. I just visited just for some jalapeno poppers, which were delicious as always, but ended up leaving with their new mac and cheese bites, too, which were the best I've ever had. They were crispy on the oustide and hot, creamy, and cheesy on the inside.Their food is always fresh, and they are constantly bringing out new and innovative options.“

“Parking: Plenty of parking on Maryland Ave. It's located across the street from the South High School. Also has a drivethru to pick up orders if you don't want to walk inside.Kid-friendliness: Ever since I was a kid it was aways one of my favorite places my grandmother and uncle wld bring my little sister and I. We wld have our Book It Rewards. Which you received in school for reading so many books in a week. You get a free personal pizza. Highchairs and booster seats available for the little ones as well. Hold parties Herr ect..Wheelchair accessibility: It's located next to the main entrance. Facing the street light.“
“Love this location The subs are perfectly made !The people who work there are very nice Been going to this location for quite sometime .Its clean and they are conscientious of making sure they change their gloves between making sandwiches! That’s important when handling the register between handling food .Highly recommend you won’t be disappointed!“
“The food was absolutely delicious and the service was above and beyond in my opinion. It was the atmosphere that I didn't like. The music was WAY too loud in the lobby. You could hardly hear the people you were with. As for the food, order the little cheeseburger, it's PLENTY big, and it's a few dollars cheaper than the regular burger. The fries remind me of Thrasher's in Ocean City,MD and therefore are worth the time alone! Everything else is really delicious too.Parking: Parking lot is shared with all the other stores there, but accessable.Wheelchair accessibility: They have accessable seating“
“Want to give a huge shout out to mrs.pam on the night shift at the subway on Sharpsburg pike Hagerstown she is aways alone with no help and lots of work and she is always so nice and pleasant and does a great job making our subs in a friendly, timely manner she doesn't just slap it together and send us on our way with a big mess thank you mrs.pam you are the only reason we drive the extra distance to come to that store. We will see you again soon you deserve a big raise so I hope your boss sees this that place is lucky to have you“
“Ordered 2 baked potatoes thru the driveup. We were told to pull up further while they got them ready. It took a while because they made them fresh. I ended up going inside because i wasn't sure what was taking so long. When we got home to eat them, there was no sour cream or butter provided even though we ordered sour cream & chives baked potatoes“
“I went to this Arby’s on my way home from a bad day at work. I got there and went through the drive through and ordered. I pulled around to the window and got greeted with a smile. I asked the worker what her name was? She said “Aleah sir”. I have came through the drive through multiple times with her and she always has been fast and polite and friendly. It brightened my day that my food was hot and ready fast and the shake was perfect. Thank you to Aleah for helping me in a time of need that I forgot my wallet and she paid for me for get my kids their sandwiches. Thank you to all Arby’s employees in Sharpsburg Pike for a great service. See you soon! (with my wallet next time I promise)!“
“I must say this is generally my go to self treat for adulting like a boss. They generally have great service. They rarely ever get the order wrong or take a long time to bring it out, as I mostly do curb-side pick-up. Even when the app has issues they act in a understanding and timely manner to correct the issue.Parking: There is ample parking here. Big lot so even when busy one can get in and out with very little frustration“
“The only reason for the 4 star rating is this location only sells Dairy Queen's "Sweets and Treats." They don't serve any grill items.Mostly this location serves through the Drive Thru. They can get very busy between 5pm to 6:30pm but despite the long lines your wait will not be as long as you think it will. The employees are very good at quickly getting your order right and getting it to you.I recommend this location if you have a craving for soft serve ice cream Treets.“
“I was very disappointed with the quality of the chicken sandwiches. They were burnt and by the time we got home it was too late to call the store. Also my husband said that his tasted fatty and not like normal. Highly unlike this door because we visit this location often. Will give them another try and hopefully it's just a fluke.“
