“We come to Chambersburg every summer and Mod each year as well. In past years, the service has been very fast. This year it’s been exhaustingly slow, they seem to take much longer topping pizzas and taking orders. Not sure what’s going on with that. Also their tables are always sticky and dirty. But other than that the food is always top tier, they have a great drink selection and I love their no name cakes. Great pizza!!!“

“I went through the drive-thru around 1:30-2pm today in the middle of an anxiety attack, hoping for a quick meal for the family that didn’t involve work nor stress, (May 2nd, 2024), and I just have to say the girl working drive through was great. She was kind, efficient, fast and even had a sense of humor. I have intense social anxiety, and she helped me leave the drive-thru calm and happier. I love when I experience employees like that. And the food was yummy too! Thankful for decent people in this day that don’t make me feel like a burden for ordering.“

“The workers went above and beyond for myself and my disabled son. I was absolutely terrified about stopping for gas on such a long trip solo with my son. The staff helped me with gas, as well as allowed me the time for a much needed break to feed my son. They as well as a few random people gave me the confidence to complete our journey in the heatwave.
My only complaint had nothing to do with the staff, but with the fact that there was no changing table in the restroom.
My suggestion would be a changing table that includes multiple sizes, not just an infant sized one.“

“My family frequents this establishment often. I have never had a bad experience. The lobby has always been clean and they get the orders right every single time. Food is yummy and prices are reasonable. There is a young lady, Abby, that often works the drive thru when we go through. She has always been very friendly and gives us recommendations on any new treats to try. Very nice personality and beautiful, friendly smile. Would recommend to others!!“

“I had an amazing experience at this particular location while traveling South from NYS. I was acknowledged immediately upon arrival. Food was fast & at the perfect temp (hot food hot, cold food cold-IYKYK). It was also the cleanest Arbys I've ever been to. All of the employees were extraordinary & gave me service with a smile! A special shout out to Sarah (sp?), for taking her time out from cleaning the dining area to chit chat with me. I'm a social person, but I know not everyone likes to converse with total strangers. She made me feel welcome & made my visit even more enjoyable. Will definitely be back on my next road trip!“

I walked in and was stunned by the warm comforting atmosphere (see pic). I came in because of the long line on drive thru, and glad I did. They have tables, booths, and even a small lounge area good for anyone meeting for a coffee and or chilling out and working or just web surfing.

I have not been to BK for years before this because I am not a fan of their flame grilled hamburgers (Whopper today). Even though it looked perfect, still the burgers don't taste like McD or Hardees or Five Guys etc. and this is why I took off one star.

Even with the large variety on the menu, I won't be a regular until they have a better tasting burger.“

“Just wanted to taa few minutes to give a shout out to Taco Bell in Chambersburg Pa for outstanding service today. I went through the drive thru on 3/25/26 about 1:50 Pm and the service was exceptional. The employee ( Haryonia) took my drive thru order perfectly and efficiently. The food was also 5 stars, everything was correct to my order and delicious.“

“it was okay, my daughter ate a lot of chips and salsa, but it's pretty much an upscale taco bell. it was nice Sundays kids eat free but my bill didn't reflect that at all, so I can't say I'd go there regularly but was a friendly place.“

“We drove up to Chambersburg on 04/21/24 to go to KFC because that is what my son wanted and the KFC's are terrible in Hagerstown and Waynesboro. We arrived around 8pm and the doors were locked even though the lobby is supposed to be open until 9pm. Saw Popeyes a few doors down and asked if they wanted to try it. The workers were absolutely the nicest people. It says something about not only them but the work environment. My family enjoyed everything from the sandwich. the fried chicken to the tenders. Oh, and the chicken pieces are a great size unlike KFC's dried up cornish hen pieces. Done with KFC, Popeyes is now on the top of the list.“

“Papa J's is definitely the gold standard of chain pizza restaurants. Hours are solid at this location and food was cooked great. I do wish they would honor the no contact note when delivering. Since we are sick, that would've been made more sense“

“I came into the store was greeted almost immediately by a young man Jadiel . He was extremely patient and helpful when I had a complicated order with several modifications.
He maintained a positive, friendly attitude even though the store was very busy, and he still made my sandwich perfectly.
