“Tamra approached my mom and I during the free coffee day event, which was also my mom’s first visit to Chick-fil-A. Since we do not eat the meat options here, we typically come for the desserts, fries, and coffee. Tamra was incredibly welcoming, thoughtful, and kind. She even generously honored a large order of fries for us, which we greatly appreciated.

What stood out most was her genuine hospitality. She took the time to check on us, ask how everything was, and thoughtfully explain which menu items might fit our dietary preferences, including options that are halal- or kosher-friendly. Her kindness and attentiveness made my mom’s first experience especially memorable.

Tamra truly represents the spirit of the Carlisle community. Her leadership, warmth, and dedication to customer service are exceptional, and she made us feel valued and welcome from the moment she approached us.“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“So, we didn’t eat here, but we were pulled over next to the restaurant with a flat tire today (6/30) that turned into more trouble. Anyway, we had our dog with us and employee (I wish I had gotten his name) brought over a bowl, a large water with ice, and some dog biscuits for her, without us asking. We had supplies for her, but what if we didn’t, ya know? It was so incredibly thoughtful of them to do that! They didn’t have to and could’ve ignored the hot dog outside! Thank you guys!“

“I stopped by here for the first time the other day and I was really impressed. The bone-in fried chicken looked delicious, but I used a coupon for tenders. The tenders were great and the sauces they put in the bag were also good. The Cajun fries were awesome, the biscuits were good, and I would order the red beans and rice again. I also really enjoyed the strawberry lemonade. The workers were friendly and helpful. I plan on returning to this store.“

“On May 6th, Firehouse Subs gave away a feee sandwich for anyone named a derivative of Michael. What they don’t tell you until you are at the register is that you have to pay for it unless you give them a 5 star review and 5s for Food, Service, and Atmosphere. And yes, they watch you so the review on your phone. I would have given them 5 stars if they had just asked instead. I suspect that the average rating of this restaurant will jump up today from all the Mike’s giving their reviews to get a free sandwich.

Again, the food was really good, the service was fast and friendly (the line was long but moved quickly), and the restaurant was clean. So yes, I would give them 5 stars in each category. I just find this practice to be deceptive and a bit unethical.“

“This location is really improving! I am partial to their original chicken sandwiches and am really glad they renovated instead of closing this location. The drive through is sometimes slow if you are in a rush but I no longer get food that tastes like it's sat under a heat lamp for an hour, so the extra wait time is well worth it. Side note for management... the young man at the register seemed a bit nervous (his hands shook) so may have been new but he was an exceptionally nice person, greeted me with a bright and friendly smile and I believe will be an excellent employee.“

“I was confused about the lunch/breakfast menu since I hadn't been to Wendy's in the morning for a long time and the gentleman who took my order, David, was very patient and polite by helping me get my order just the way I wanted. If all fast food weren't so expensive these days, I'd be a regular customer! Food was excellent but its the people behind it that make a real difference in this world, thanks again guys!“

“The staff that served me today were very nice! I went in as they were finishing up a big catering order that looked amazing I felt bad ordering 3 subs right after they finished that up instead of being stressed or upset they greeted me with a smile and helped me efficiently. Food was amazing and I will return to this location thank you to the man and women working today you guys did great my daughter enjoyed her sub a lot“

“NEVER HAVE I EVER driven right back thur a drive thru to get a 2nd snack. Just needed a quick protein fix, stopped in and saw a 'Special limited time' Tajin Crunchy Taco'. Inexpensive treat i thought, for $3.38 I had a Fantastic pop of flavors. A slightly spiced taco shell, great flavor meat, peach pico and small pack of Tajin powder to dust. What a POP of Flavors!! Had to pull back thru and use my last $6.00 and try the Tajin Cheezy Gordita Crunch. Also Fantastic. I declined the small packet of Tajin powder that came with as had some left. I should have accepted it as the greater mass would have POPPED more with the additional spice. Hope I make it back within the limited time! Thank you Taco Bell . Sorry no photo ate them too fast. More boost than a cup of coffee“

“I came here with my boyfriend to get a quick lunch. We decided on the $6.99 meal and upsized the 6 inch turkey sandwich to a footlong for $3.00 more so what was supposed to be $9.99 instead got charged $12.87. Not a big deal but little things do add up. So if you don’t pay attention you’ll get charged more than the advertised price of meal combo. The meal was good 👍🏻 sandwich was great & fresh. Thanks guys“
