“We have loved this Starbucks mostly because of the employees. Every time we have gone there, the customer service is fantastic and they are so kind and easy to work with. I have my same grievance that I have with every Starbucks which is that I believe the coffee and food is way overpriced. I usually only go to Starbucks when I have a gift card because I don’t feel good about spending so much money on something that isn’t that great and is a huge chain. I’d rather spend the same amount at a local coffee shop that has far better coffee and bakery items.“

“Like a lot of people I’m grateful for such a convenient location. If you stick to the menu’s greatest hits, quality is fine. But their iced tea tastes stale even at 8:30 am - not sure they’re thoroughly cleaning that carafe. No complaints about service, they’re not super warm but they get the job done efficiently.“

“I went there today to get coffee for me and my two coworkers. We each got a large and I was picking it up for all of us. I ended up spilling my one coworkers coffee all over my car. I went back in and as soon as I entered a barista I wish I knew her name said is there something wrong. I explained what happened and said please can I buy a new one and she proceeded to make me the drink again for free. I did not expect that at all and I appreciated her kindness and generosity because after that I was thinking I should have stayed in bed lol. Then I got to work and spilled my other coworkers drink and was so upset but just thought of how kind they were. That makes me want to keep going there. Thank you so much for reminding me to keep going. Moral of the story don’t cry over spilt coffee.“
