“My husband and I stopped in here on our way home from a work function. My husband was dressed in his uniform. We ordered 2 coffees and picked up a Kind bar at the register. Our order was around $14. My husband had his debit card out to pay and all of a sudden the nice young lady working said “Oh look, it happens to be free today!” We didn’t understand at first. Then she thanked my husband for his service and said “thank you for keeping me safe.” It was unexpected and truly, she could have discounted my husband’s coffee and been done. It wasn’t necessary to discount both. But it was very much appreciated!! It meant a lot to both of us. The receipt says her name was Patty (I guess that could be wrong though). She was the sweetest and our drinks were good!!“

“My favorite local coffee trailer! The girls who own it are the absolute sweetest! The coffee is great, the baked goods are phenomenal. The new location has a convenient 2 window drive thru. The outside seating is so relaxing as well! Definitely recommend!“

“Spencer Witmer & I frequently visit the Starbucks location in Shippensburg. The Baristas are always super friendly, efficient and have remembered us. I usually get complimented on my nails and make up which is always a nice pick me up for the confidence. Today I stopped by myself and was not put together like I normally am.. The Barista kindly and respectfully asked what my pronouns are because they wanted to address me correctly. I said “she/her” and she was like you’ve got it. She also said “we love you here and love seeing you! “ That may seem minor to some people but to me that meant a lot. ♥️ 🏳️‍⚧️ 🌈“

“This Dunkin’ store has been in Shippensburg for over two years now. I am very thankful we have this restaurant in our community. Bobby, the manager, runs a great establishment. The food and beverages are always delicious and made to order. The Dunkin’ crew are always very pleasant, courteous and greet you with a smile! I love going to this Dunkin’. It is my favorite in the area and I frequent it often!

Parking: There are plenty of parking spots to accommodate customers.“

“I gave them four stars because the strawberry daydream refresher with blueberry in it, is wonderful! The one star is knocked off because I ordered a drink with less ice at the drive-through and the lady taking my order at the window added a custom item of one dollar to my order, upon which I found out, because I had requested less ice she charged me one dollar extra. Because, she said, “it takes more product for less ice.” When I questioned her about it and said that I ordered it this way many other times and they never did that to me before, She said, “well, the children (their employees) don’t always follow the rules here and that’s one of the rules that we have is to charge extra for less ice because it takes more product.” “I am the manager here so I have to follow the rules.” Now I’ve worked in several restaurants and never have I ever heard of anyone charging an extra dollar for less ice. Needless to say, I was very unimpressed and I waited a while before I went back again.

Before this happened, I had a great experience with a particular employee who already knew what I wanted, because she remembered my voice from previous times.

And the most recent experience, I pulled up to the window at the drive-thru after ordering and there was a fellow in there who asked me almost right away, “Are you mad at me?” And I asked him if I looked mad, and he said, “yes.” I thought that was quite the greeting no hello, how are you or anything?

I didn’t rate the atmosphere because I never went inside.

So as you can see, I’ve had some very mixed experiences here and that’s why I give it a four star because some of it’s professional and some of it is not. If I could give them 3 1/2 stars, I would prefer that.“
