“Spencer Witmer & I frequently visit the Starbucks location in Shippensburg. The Baristas are always super friendly, efficient and have remembered us. I usually get complimented on my nails and make up which is always a nice pick me up for the confidence. Today I stopped by myself and was not put together like I normally am.. The Barista kindly and respectfully asked what my pronouns are because they wanted to address me correctly. I said “she/her” and she was like you’ve got it. She also said “we love you here and love seeing you! “ That may seem minor to some people but to me that meant a lot. ♥️ 🏳️‍⚧️ 🌈“

“The morning crew..they are amazing!! I will go out of my way to tip them. The girls in the morning, and the female owner are literally awesome. My coffee was only made wrong one time..and that was a combo of the app and myself not communicating correctly. They fixed it with no problem and no complaints. They're always so kind and cheerful that early in the morning..and there is rarely a line at the drive-thru..if there is it moves rather quickly so it's not a huge deal anyways. Moral of the story..the morning crew is elite. Best baristas. If you want good coffee go in the morning..I swear you won't be disappointed.

Still amazing. Literally never disappointed leaving this Dunkin. Do yourself a favor and bypass Chambersburg and Carlisle Dunkin and hit Shippensburg. You wont regret it!! Also they are literally rarely out of items on the menu. 10/10 would recommend.

Crew has changed a bit...but the service and exemplatory coffee and cleanliness of the store has not, and it surpasses most. Food is always good and hot when served. The crew is friendly and always happy to serve you with a smile and welcoming greeting.

If you pass this Dunkin Im sorry for you...the next best dunkin's are in Massachusetts where it all started in 1950.“

“This Dunkin’ store has been in Shippensburg for over two years now. I am very thankful we have this restaurant in our community. Bobby, the manager, runs a great establishment. The food and beverages are always delicious and made to order. The Dunkin’ crew are always very pleasant, courteous and greet you with a smile! I love going to this Dunkin’.
