“I gave them four stars because the strawberry daydream refresher with blueberry in it, is wonderful! The one star is knocked off because I ordered a drink with less ice at the drive-through and the lady taking my order at the window added a custom item of one dollar to my order, upon which I found out, because I had requested less ice she charged me one dollar extra. Because, she said, “it takes more product for less ice.” When I questioned her about it and said that I ordered it this way many other times and they never did that to me before, She said, “well, the children (their employees) don’t always follow the rules here and that’s one of the rules that we have is to charge extra for less ice because it takes more product.” “I am the manager here so I have to follow the rules.” Now I’ve worked in several restaurants and never have I ever heard of anyone charging an extra dollar for less ice. Needless to say, I was very unimpressed and I waited a while before I went back again.
Before this happened, I had a great experience with a particular employee who already knew what I wanted, because she remembered my voice from previous times.
And the most recent experience, I pulled up to the window at the drive-thru after ordering and there was a fellow in there who asked me almost right away, “Are you mad at me?” And I asked him if I looked mad, and he said, “yes.” I thought that was quite the greeting no hello, how are you or anything?
I didn’t rate the atmosphere because I never went inside.
So as you can see, I’ve had some very mixed experiences here and that’s why I give it a four star because some of it’s professional and some of it is not. If I could give them 3 1/2 stars, I would prefer that.“

“Excellent customer service, management and staff are always pleasant, they always make my coffee exactly how I like it. One of the best around the area. Highly recommend!!“

“Food and coffee was good, as usual, but the wait time in the drive-thru was ridiculous! We were in line for 35 min! There was a 7 min wait between receiving our coffee and our food order of a bacon, egg and cheese wrap and a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. That's unexceptable! 🙄“

“This Dunkin’ store has been in Shippensburg for over two years now. I am very thankful we have this restaurant in our community. Bobby, the manager, runs a great establishment. The food and beverages are always delicious and made to order. The Dunkin’ crew are always very pleasant, courteous and greet you with a smile! I love going to this Dunkin’. It is my favorite in the area and I frequent it often!
Parking: There are plenty of parking spots to accommodate customers.“
