For some reason, my debit card kept declining, and I couldn’t find my back up cash/card because I was mortified and panicked in the moment (and just having a really emotionally rough morning to boot…and it was only 7:30 am). I apologized, and they treated me with such kindness and patience. They were willing to work with me, but I managed to find my card and pay for the drink. I just wanted to really say how kind they were to me, and how it just really set the tone for my day. The drink was everything I needed, and quality is always consistent here. “I've been frequenting Silt since moving to my new office in May. The food is an absolute HIT and it's the same quality every single time. I no longer drink coffee often but the couple times it was so silky smooth and flavorful. I typically get a large cup of their infused water. Also their desserts so so good!!! So many wholesome options that not only taste good but are good for you.“

“Tabitha at the Starbucks in Waynesboro, PA is absolutely amazing. She took the time to help me figure out why my coffee suddenly started tasting off (it turned out to be related to a medication), and instead of brushing it off, she genuinely listened and worked with me to find options that would suit my palate. That level of care is so rare.

She is beyond kind, friendly, and patient, and you can tell she truly cares about her customers. I pass multiple Starbucks locations and intentionally go out of my way to visit this one — and it’s all because of her. Everyone at this store is nice, but Tabitha consistently goes above and beyond in a way that makes you feel remembered and valued.
