“I am not a Starbucks person. Most places it's bitter and just overly sweet. The crew we nice and also recommended a great fall beverage for me!! It was really GOOD! Wasnt bitter at all and a great blend of coffee with the apple flavors. I for real plan to come out here again as a little treat for myself!“

“I’ve been coming to Candy Mountain Creamery with my family for a while now, and it’s always been one of our favorite spots. The ice cream is great, and the overall atmosphere has usually been welcoming and relaxed at both the store and the ice cream truck.

That’s why this recent visit stood out in a disappointing way. There was an older employee working who made the environment feel noticeably tense and uncomfortable. There was also a bit of an attitude during our interaction—it felt like I had annoyed or interrupted her while she was doing a task, which made the experience feel unwelcoming. This was very different from the positive experiences we’ve had here in the past. Even the kids noticed it.

I’m sharing this because it felt so out of character for this place. I hope it was just an off day, as we’ve really enjoyed coming here and would love to continue supporting the business.“

My food was hot and ready on the counter when I arrived. Very fast service. This is along an extremely busy highway so it depends on time of day for getting in and out of here.“

“I love 7 brew.while visiting my daughter we went and I tried their hot cookie butter coffeee for the first time today, normally I get iced, and it was really good. The only thing is I wish they would have mixed it better because i had about 1/2 cup into it and all the flavor was at the bottom and it became too sweet and thick. Otherwise it was easy to order and the wait wasn't too bad. I would recommend giving them a try. Check out their menu online first because theres no menu, just people there to take your order.“

“We have loved this Starbucks mostly because of the employees. Every time we have gone there, the customer service is fantastic and they are so kind and easy to work with. I have my same grievance that I have with every Starbucks which is that I believe the coffee and food is way overpriced. I usually only go to Starbucks when I have a gift card because I don’t feel good about spending so much money on something that isn’t that great and is a huge chain. I’d rather spend the same amount at a local coffee shop that has far better coffee and bakery items.“

“Stopped by for an iced coffee around 1:30pm this afternoon, 7/27/2022. Two employees were working, one at drive through, the other filling orders. Neither seemed to notice I was there nor acknowledged or greeted me. I walked out. I would have gladly waited had either employee taken a moment to greet me and tell me they’d be take care of my order asap. Been there before, service is always slow“

“Obviously, everyone knows Starbucks. In general, as all Starbucks are corporate owned, so there is a consistent standard of operation. For me, this location is convenient since this is the closest full-scale standalone Starbucks. However, my one gripe since day 1 when it first opened (Nov 2014) was there is no direct access for west-bound traffic into the strip mall where it's located. Instead, I have to enter at the light by the Chevrolet dealer - not obvious at all. And I have to go over the world's largest speed bumps along the way.

The service is generally slow. Today was no exception; however, one staff was able to turn the bad experience around. I ordered a Ham & Swiss Croissant and after 18 minutes of waiting and finishing my cup of coffee, I had to go to the counter to enquire about my order. This older staff (didn't get his name) checked his list and apparently my order was no longer there. He apologized, refilled my coffee, and promised I will be taken care of. 2 minutes later, he came over to our table with the warm croissant sandwich. That is great service and much appreciated!“

“I have loved Allenberry for years, but as of today (July 26 2025) I’m wondering if you switched restaurant managers or head chefs? We just had the strangest menu selections and did you change the interior of the Barn? It was perfect the way it was. You offer Chilean sea bass but the breeches is filled with trout yet don’t offer it? I can hear Gordon Ramseys voice in my head asking you guys why you don’t have something local and fresh. I’m no connoisseur, but meat/poultry/fish is best when sourced locally. A bit disappointed by this last visit. Will be back, because you’re a staple, but maybe not the time after next. We’ll see.“

Today I stopped by after work, still in my scrubs, and one of the employees came to the drive thru window to specifically thank me for serving as a nurse. His kindness made my day and I will always go to this Dunkin because of him.“

“Here during national donut day who I can only assume was the manager or shift lead, Phillip was amazing. Inside and the drive through was extremely busy and he was so kind and speedy. He told a woman she could get a free donut when she didn’t realize Dunkin was offering this as a promo, a customer made a mistake on his order and he remade it for him, restocked the customers straw station etc. I noticed all this while waiting patiently for my order. I definitely will come back knowing the amazing service he provides.“
