“I have been a Dairy Queen fan for probably 40+ years of my life. Started out as an occasional treat for my husband and I when we were first married in Hagerstown, MD. Over the years we’ve moved around with his job, and we’ve ended up retiring here in Mechanicsburg. We’ve been going to the Simpson St. Dairy Queen for over 24 years and I have to tell you, the people who work there are like family to us, especially to me since I am usually the customer. They are always ready to serve you with a smile and a kind word, even when they are BUSY! I have three grown daughters who all live far away and I miss them, but the girls here are like daughters to me. Today, on the day before Mother’s Day, when I was feeling a little down because I couldn’t be with my own daughters, I was given a special treat that MADE MY DAY! In a world where we are struggling with a virus, and we read of so much suffering, it is a blessing to know that there are loving people who care for others that they only know from serving them! “Stopped by for an iced coffee around 1:30pm this afternoon, 7/27/2022. Two employees were working, one at drive through, the other filling orders. Neither seemed to notice I was there nor acknowledged or greeted me. I walked out. I would have gladly waited had either employee taken a moment to greet me and tell me they’d be take care of my order asap. Been there before, service is always slow“

“My husband and I came in for lunch today and our experience was great! We were on our way home from D.C and were sadly for us first timers 😂 Our order came out fast and everything was really good, we get the hype now! When ordering I was all over the place but the woman taking our order was very patient (i apologize i don’t remember her name) I giggled and told her we were first timers, she greeted us with a warm welcome again and even gave us a brownie & a choc chip cookie welcoming us in! 10/10 experience, we are so glad we stopped and dined in! “Had a great experience at this store! We needed a to go order for the whole CV ice hockey team 20hungry teenage boys plus coaches for a bus trip. The amazing staff worked with us for an easy solution to let all the boys order and pay for their own subs online and I picked them up to deliver to the bus. The process was smooth and quick. When I went to pick them up they had them all sorted and individually labeled with names and put in a box for easy transportation. The staff was extremely friendly and they even carried the box to my car for me! If you ever need to order for a group or sports team I highly recommend using this store! Oh and the subs received rave reviews from the boys! So they tasted great too! Thank you for great customer service and we will definitely order from your store the next time we need to feed the team!“

“The chicken fingers and fries were piping hot and fresh. Even though I am burnt out on Raising Cane’s food, it was much better than other Raising Cane’s locations that I have been to. The guy taking my order had a really hard time hearing me because the music was so loud. They should get rid of the disco balls and loud music to improve the customer experience.“

“For context, I travel all around the state for work and before this Pizza Hut, I would only ever try Domino’s because I had been let down so much in the past That I honestly just decided I wasn’t gonna eat there anymore. But moving to Mechanicsburg, this place was right up the street from my house so I figured why not. This has been the only place to not screw up my order anytime of day that I have ever placed an order. The food is always hot fresh and ready. The workers are all very, very friendly Fast and efficient at their jobs. My girlfriend and I usually gets a good variety of things from here and no matter what it is it’s always great. You can tell that the people running this business truly care about not only the quality of the food, but the quality of the service that they and their team provide to the community. I Picked up my order earlier today And I can guarantee I will be back within a week or so, depending on when I want pizza again But it’s so good that I could eat it almost every day whether it be for dinner or lunch“
