“With the Arby's app, we get BOGO deals for a free sandwich most weekends. Often after church on Sunday, we order and pay for 2 sandwiches (one is free!) through the app, drive to Arby's, and the order is waiting. SO easy and convenient and delicious!“

“GET THE RESTROOMS FIXED SO CUSTOMERS DON'T HAVE TO GO TO THE GIANT STORE TO RELIEVE THEM SELVES! we were told we could not use them NO explanation. but the employee that took our order came out of the restroom drying off her hands!🤷🏻♂️ and I DO NOT recommend this restaurant!!!“

“My husband and I came in for lunch today and our experience was great! We were on our way home from D.C and were sadly for us first timers 😂 Our order came out fast and everything was really good, we get the hype now! When ordering I was all over the place but the woman taking our order was very patient (i apologize i don’t remember her name) I giggled and told her we were first timers, she greeted us with a warm welcome again and even gave us a brownie & a choc chip cookie welcoming us in! 10/10 experience, we are so glad we stopped and dined in! THANK YOU“

“Stopped by for an iced coffee around 1:30pm this afternoon, 7/27/2022. Two employees were working, one at drive through, the other filling orders. Neither seemed to notice I was there nor acknowledged or greeted me. I walked out. I would have gladly waited had either employee taken a moment to greet me and tell me they’d be take care of my order asap. Been there before, service is always slow“

“tonight i stopped for the special waited a bit to get waited on but realizing they were busy the young lady took my order with a smile and after about 5 minutes the gentleman called my name again very polite got home and omg i thought the food was delicious now a days with everyone complaining it's kinda neat to actually say thankyou“

“The staff that were working when I stopped in were so incredibly kind and courteous. I wish I'd gotten their names to give them the credit they deserve. I tried to find a survey or something through the official subway website to make sure their hard work was noted because Google reviews never feel like enough.“

“Best subway around! Great service. Great food. I stop by here all the time after work and everything is always fantastic!! I have NEVER had issues here, unlike other subways I've been to before. Staff is always wonderful to talk to, so quick + speedy, and the ingredients are always looking so fresh!! Definitely give this subway a shot, they are amazing!!!“

“Good food but they forgot a side of icing that I purchased however the cashier did give it to me when pointed out. Witnessed an employee unplug the claw machine because of some people being too loud when they were winning? That was disappointing to witness.“

“Wow. I didn't think I'd ever be writing a review for Jimmy John's of all places, but I received some of the best customer service by a nice teen named Max. I wasn't sure what to order, and Max recommended me the #9 (delicious btw) and was super friendly during my whole experience. We had a nice chat and he truly just seems like a genuine guy who loves his job. Don't know how much they make but he definitely needs a raise. Will be back just to see Max again.“

“The manager that was there (I think his name was Bruce if I’m not mistaken!) we can through the drive thru and had a minor miscommunication. So I went inside , him and his team were on top of things asap with thee most kindness! It’s great to know that there are good people and workers in this world! Thank you so much for taking care of our family and meals!“
