“I have been a Dairy Queen fan for probably 40+ years of my life. Started out as an occasional treat for my husband and I when we were first married in Hagerstown, MD. Over the years we’ve moved around with his job, and we’ve ended up retiring here in Mechanicsburg. We’ve been going to the Simpson St. Dairy Queen for over 24 years and I have to tell you, the people who work there are like family to us, especially to me since I am usually the customer. They are always ready to serve you with a smile and a kind word, even when they are BUSY! I have three grown daughters who all live far away and I miss them, but the girls here are like daughters to me. Today, on the day before Mother’s Day, when I was feeling a little down because I couldn’t be with my own daughters, I was given a special treat that MADE MY DAY! In a world where we are struggling with a virus, and we read of so much suffering, it is a blessing to know that there are loving people who care for others that they only know from serving them! “Clean store, friendly workers. Could have been a little more meat on the sandwiches but food was fresh and meal was good. I'd give it a 4.5 but no half points allowed. Def go back. The store in Camp Hill is closer but this may be my new place to go.

“My husband and I came in for lunch today and our experience was great! We were on our way home from D.C and were sadly for us first timers 😂 Our order came out fast and everything was really good, we get the hype now! When ordering I was all over the place but the woman taking our order was very patient (i apologize i don’t remember her name) I giggled and told her we were first timers, she greeted us with a warm welcome again and even gave us a brownie & a choc chip cookie welcoming us in! 10/10 experience, we are so glad we stopped and dined in! “Stopped by for an iced coffee around 1:30pm this afternoon, 7/27/2022. Two employees were working, one at drive through, the other filling orders. Neither seemed to notice I was there nor acknowledged or greeted me. I walked out. I would have gladly waited had either employee taken a moment to greet me and tell me they’d be take care of my order asap. Been there before, service is always slow“

“The chicken fingers and fries were piping hot and fresh. Even though I am burnt out on Raising Cane’s food, it was much better than other Raising Cane’s locations that I have been to. The guy taking my order had a really hard time hearing me because the music was so loud. They should get rid of the disco balls and loud music to improve the customer experience.“

“Had a great experience at this store! We needed a to go order for the whole CV ice hockey team 20hungry teenage boys plus coaches for a bus trip. The amazing staff worked with us for an easy solution to let all the boys order and pay for their own subs online and I picked them up to deliver to the bus. The process was smooth and quick. When I went to pick them up they had them all sorted and individually labeled with names and put in a box for easy transportation. The staff was extremely friendly and they even carried the box to my car for me! If you ever need to order for a group or sports team I highly recommend using this store! Oh and the subs received rave reviews from the boys! So they tasted great too! Thank you for great customer service and we will definitely order from your store the next time we need to feed the team!“

“This is basically my go to pizza hut. Order there a lot. Pizza is always hot n fresh. Bread sticks are soft and good. Not hard like other pizza huts. Staff is always friendly. Clean floors. Not dirty at all. Never say in the dinning room, so can't speak to much on that. But I've always had great service n food at this pizza hut. Pizza is made perfect. Not over done or under cooked. Perfect. Highly recommend this pizza hut.“
