“Our group tried to make reservations for March 16, 2024. This business was called and a female answered and stated the Manager would call back, he never did. She called back and the male manager answered and stated that he called her back two days prior. She only called the day before. Then he said he called he back the day she called and she told him that he did not. So a lieing manager. We we had 15 people interested in coming to your establishment, I would think it would have been a couple hundred dollars, but you refused us. YOUR LOSS. Hopefully anyone from our group will never patronize your business. It would have been my first time since we are driving to meet the others that are from Duncansville/Altoona area. I would give you a ZERO review. The business down the street was more than happy to accommodate us with open arms. YOUR LOSS!“

“My first time ordered a pizza from here, and had great experience. Will sure come back for more.
** Pizza: its great considering what you paid for. Its crusty, and the toppings really filled up the pizza (refer to photo). My boy loves it.
** Service: Really polite and helpful. It's my first to-go order, they kept my pizza in a warmer that I can pick it up with code. I didn't know how to use it, the manager stopped what he was doing, took my name, got my pizza, and explained the code reader as well.“

“After a long day today of flights, I saw this shining restaurant on the way to my Hotel. They had pizza ready to go and added a few knots and when I ate this my mouth was watering. I could never get sauce like this in Ohio. The food was absolutely Amazing. I was watching them making pizza crust from fresh dough. Never get that back home. This was such a nice Family and Thank You for the Amazing food. I will stop in next time I fly back up.“

“Last night we ordered Papa John’s pizza which we have done several times before because we like their pizza. Being Halloween we ordered 2 well ahead of time 7 pizzas and some extras for a 5pm delivery to feed an army of trick or treat kids we had over for a group walk. After waiting an extra 60 minutes, calling the store with no answer we figured they were crazy busy or there was some sort of medical emergency since there was just no answer. Turns out they were overly busy due to the volume for the night. I think many of us have all been in a situation where demands are much greater that you can service. After 90 minutes we just decided to go trick or treating and call the store during the walk, about 7pm we got a hold of the manager who apologized and handled the situation gracefully. We still had hungry kids, so we said send the food anyway if it’s still fresh.

The delivery person showed up and we weren’t home yet and knowing “just leaving the pizzas” would result in cold pizzas for our family the delivery person left not only the pizzas but the warming bags on our porch. When we arrived home 30 minutes later we found two bags with all our stuff full of still piping hot pizzas that were delicious and everyone was happy. I appreciate the store doing this very much, as I feel like a little understanding from both parties goes a long way.“

“Got a big meal box, they messed up a little bit: 1 pizza did not get a topping we added, but they did remove the onions as requested and we didn't get marinara sauce for our breadsticks. We did not call back because it was all good enough and was not worth the drive back to get it fixed.

Parking: This location is a complete nightmare to get in and out of. Just look at google earth - there's no way for this to flow, and you are right next to a busy road so if you back out onto the street you could get a surprise when someone comes onto the little side road.“

“We had a delightful experience at Honest restaurant. Visited with family, including my parents and a kid. We ordered a variety of food—dosa, pav bhaji, paneer chilli, spring rolls, and ended with faloodas. The food was great. Parents and Kid loved it. It’s a great spot for vegetarian food lovers. Highly recommend it. We’ll definitely be back!“
