Anyone who's been to a Chick-fil-a knows that they are consistent, have courteous employees ("My Pleasure" is their phrase) and have delicious food. They've managed to create an experience that is welcoming, family friendly and so simple that even with a family of 7 we can easily make it work for a quick family dinner. I wanted chicken nuggets but got grilled chicken nuggets. I didn't realize it until I got home. The grilled chicken was good but not what I wanted. They really have the drive thru down to an art. Even with a large turnout, the wait isn't long. My mom always wants to stop whenever we're out. We love their frosted lemonade.

It was loud, disorganized, and frustrating. 22 minutes, we had to wait once there for milkshakes that were pre-ordered via their website before driving 5ish mins there with traffic between lunch/dinner rushes.
