Sweet Frog is a restaurant offering a variety of ice cream flavors and toppings, known for its kid-friendly atmosphere and convenient locations. While service is friendly and the selection is enjoyed by many, some customers have expressed concerns about cleanliness, mentioning dirty floors, tables, and candy displays. On busy days like Mother’s Day, the environment can become very crowded, and the place was reported to be filthy with trash on the floor and unclean tables. Some staff members appeared to be more focused on their phones than on maintaining cleanliness, which disappointed visitors. However, there are positive experiences as well; for example, customers have noted that during certain shifts, the staff, such as one employee named Kendell, keeps the area very clean and sanitary. Overall, many still enjoy visiting for the ice cream and toppings, but improvements in cleanliness and staff attentiveness are desired.
