This Sweet Frog is more kid friendly. And more flavors that I like to choose from. It’s very convenient like the other location in Lancaster in regards to being able to shop at local stores. The prices are good as well considering we don’t have many fozen yogurt. Definitely will be back especially considering the location!

We brought our 2 grandchildren in last night and I felt sorry for the 1 employee trying to help everyone. She did a great job. But the store was filthy .. It look like the floor hadn’t been mopped in a week. The tables were dirty. The walls had ice cream on them, there wasn’t much to choose from, we will not be going back.

Should be closed for a wall to wall, floor to ceiling, repainting, cleaning and new management who cares about same. Perhaps the local inspector can review also.There are many other options nearby for ice cream, yogurt and the like, therefore I do not recommend this location.

The frozen yogurt was okay but the place was dirty. Floors, tables, benches, and the counters had build up grime. I will be calling to report to the inspector.

It all tasted like Vanilla Ice creams even though they were Flavored The benches that you sat on to eat at a table were all sticky.

Normally I love going to sweet frog for good frozen yogurt but tonight i wanted to take a study break so me and my mom went to get froyo. we got to the store at 8:49 and they were already closed with the light off and they were mopping. it is very unreasonable to close your store over 10 minutes early.
Employees are pleasant and the toppings bar is typically in good shape, but the floor, seating, and tables are absolutely disgusting. Whether it’s slow or busy, it’s been filthy every time we’ve come to this location.

Website says it open til 10 pm and we walked in they said they were closed it was 920 pm. Just disappointed because we drove 30 mins to just go to this place.

Decent prices, good frozen yogurt, good toppings, just wish they had more flavors to choose from. From what I see it looks like half of their machines are broken. Regardless, there's still one or two flavors I like that are available when I happen to go.This cup was $7 and weighed 11 oz. Get the cake better, cotton candy, or cookies and cream (the best 3 in my opinion).
