We went out to eat at Longhorn steakhouse (Carlisle pike) for Easter dinner today and unfortunately received terrible service. We were ignored for over 20 min by our waiter and had to go find our him to ask for a refill on our drinks and to be helped. Once he took our order and brought our initial drinks and soup we did not see him again until we went looking for him. He did not bring us out our food it was other employees.
