However, someone needs to do some housecleaning because there is dust on the booth dividers and cobwebs hanging from cowboy hats…we ain’t herding cows people…just trying to eat them. “I’m not sure what people you have working there currently, but I suggest you hang onto them! We haven’t been there for a while because the last few times weren’t that great. However, last night ( 3/8 ) we went in for dinner. You guys were packed, but the wait wasn’t terribly long at all. I think that’s one of the best dinners we’ve ever had there. “Decided to stop at outback before we went to a movie last night. Got there an hour and a half before our movie time. We did get on the list ahead of time so we only had to wait 10 minutes before being seated. Once seated our order was taken about 10 minutes later which should have left plenty of time to eat. After 25 minutes our soup and salad came. After 45 minutes of waiting after ordering we asked how much longer it was going to be and she told us we were 4th in line. We informed the server that we needed to leave and that we needed our food to go and we would reheat the food after we got home. She sent the manager over and her solution was to offer a free bloomin onion or app on our next visit. Nothing comped. $106 plus tip for reheated food and soggy sides. I had ordered the ribeye and grilled shrimp which I ordered medium. Upon getting home and opening my food, they forgot to give me my shrimp and my steak was cooked rare. Like had been cooked 1 minute each side. They basically slapped our order together once we said we were leaving and sent us home with garbage.“
