“The food was excellent. The appetizers were incredibly hot and the steak was cooked to perfection. The manager, Ryan, is very friendly and accommodating. Went to 401 Prime the weekend before and it was horrible. Longhorn was much better for 1/3 the cost. “The hostess at the entrance wasn't the most personable, felt like I was more of a burden interrupting her. Took the waiter a bit to realize we were even seated, so took him a bit to get our drink orders. Waiter was very nice. I asked for a steak that was Med-Well and when I got it, it was definitely more Med and on the more red side. I didn't say anything because it's whatever, still ate it it was annoying“
“Shane at the bar is incredible. I have a ridiculous food allergy and something came out with that food as a garnish. I mentioned it to him and NO QUESTIONS ASKED he had them make me a new one and supervised them making it. It wasn’t his mistake, yet he took responsibility and fixed it!“
“We love this Texas roadhouse location. The food always taste fresh, is the perfect temperature and comes out very fast. I can’t say enough about the staff. They are always so courteous! Our waiter, Anthony, was AMAZING! We had a disabled person in our party and Anthony was so patient and calm with him while he was trying to place his order. Anthony was so friendly and caring. He truly made our dining experience the best that we’ve ever had at Texas Roadhouse or anywhere really! I truly hope Texas Roadhouse recognizes what a stellar employee they have with Anthony! We look forward to dining at this location in the near future and hope we get Anthony as our waiter again!
