Head manager we love your establishment but seriously experienced the worst service! We waited over a half an hour for our food to find after I ask for them to check on our food that they burnt my wife’s steak and made her another one my meal when brought out must of been reheated twice and burnt!!!! So disgusting! Why would a manager send food out looking that bad????

Amazing I've been there before and it was good
Ordered my $38 steak med rare to get it rare as can be. How do you mess up a steak at a steak house? IDK. wife got chicken and rice. She say was OK. Service was real good. Server was kind and polite and not overbearing.

A recent visit highlighted exceptional service from a waiter named James, who was friendly and ensured everything was okay. However, it can get busy and loud, so calling ahead for a table is recommended. The appetizer basket, although generous, may have items that aren't as popular, but it is still delicious. Overall, Texas Roadhouse offers a great dining experience with terrific food and excellent service, making it a place worth visiting again.
