We have dined there several times and the last couple times we had issues with the cooks on the steak, our last time going was sunday 4-21-24 it was around 8pm and it was not very busy, our server took our order and gave us rolls/drinks, he was nearly non existent after that, someone brings out our steaks (not our server) and they were both over cooked...by a lot, we ordered medium and received very well done steaks, we had to flag our server down (15 mins after our food was delivered) we told him they were over cooked, the server agreed and took both steaks back, 25 mins later (our daughter had already eaten her meal while we waited) the manager brought our food out and said "2 medium well steaks" we said no...both are supposed to be medium. He said i know at least this one is medium...(then why did you say 2 medium well steaks? And then try to serve us 1 at a medium temp and the other at medium well?) We cut into both steaks and they were both overcooked again, he then said he was going to take my steak off the check, my wife was going to just eat hers over cooked, i got up and left, my wife said that she ate 1 bite and it was very chewy and not appetizing so she flagged the manager down again and he offered to remove both meals off the bill...which he did, but he still charged us for our drinks and the kids meal....if im the manager i would be comping that whole bill, with tip we paid $30 to not eat, i dont think we will be going to this location again.

Told wait would be one hour 35 minutes to one hour 45 minutes. We gave my name and phone number. One hour 45 minutes passed so I got up and asked how much longer. They asked if I received a text. I never received a text to confirm. They could never find my name nor phone number. Two girls to busy talking to pay attention what they are doing. Our waitress Jazmin did an outstanding job. I asked for well done, not a dry hard steak. I eat at Texas Roadhouse in Texas, I have never received a hard dry steak.Also What happened to the peanuts. Waited over two hours to eat. Would have been nice to eat some peanuts to curve the hunger.

We ordered tbone meat, it was a good size but the meat was dry. The taste wasn't bad. It would have been much better if the meat had not been completely drained. waiters were excellent, service was great. They could work a little cleaner, there seems to be a bit of a problem with hygiene. The atmosphere is not bad, but it seems like it needs a little more energy.

We love this Texas roadhouse location. The food always taste fresh, is the perfect temperature and comes out very fast. I can’t say enough about the staff. They are always so courteous! Our waiter, Anthony, was AMAZING! We had a disabled person in our party and Anthony was so patient and calm with him while he was trying to place his order. Anthony was so friendly and caring. He truly made our dining experience the best that we’ve ever had at Texas Roadhouse or anywhere really! I truly hope Texas Roadhouse recognizes what a stellar employee they have with Anthony! We look forward to dining at this location in the near future and hope we get Anthony as our waiter again! Anthony you are fantastic and again, Thank you for making our dining experience so comfortable and enjoyable!!
