“The food is to die for, you cannot pick a wrong item! We got the crab dip appetizer, pulled pork entree, crab cake sandwich and the kid's mini dog with fries. Everything was spectacular. Highly recommend the apples and cinnamon as a side! The staff is helpful and attentive from the host all the way to the waitress and managers. I've never been to a restaurant where the service is so great! We will definitely be a return customer 😊 Side note: The restaurant is extremely kid friendly and accommodating. They have high chairs and tables with enough room to fit the high chair or a stroller while still having enough room for everyone else.“

“We had dinner with some friends!! Three of us got the pork chop and it was wonderful! Another friend had the Beef Wellington and she said it was delicious! Everyone was kind and serving to us.“

“We had an amazing experience at the restaurant. Matthew was our waiter and he was very attentive and kind. Our waters were always full and we're giving new clean silverware for each course. It was a beautiful atmosphere incredible food, and very worth the money. “

“First visit and was impressed“

“We were seated in the outdoor area, which was beautifully landscaped. The server was friendly and accommodating. My husband ordered a burger and a Hop Hog IPA, both of which were great. I ordered the fettuccine. It’s described as a creamy pesto sauce with house made baked tomatoes (like sun dried) which would give it a more concentrated flavor. But when the server delivered it I couldn’t see any tomatoes so I asked the server about it and she said she could bring me some. 10 minutes later she brought a small bowl of blistered cherry tomatoes. By then I had already started eating it and though the sauce was tasty, it was kind of bland. Adding the tomatoes helped but it really needs the concentrated taste of sun-dried, not fresh tomatoes. Crushed chili peppers would have been an improvement. I was disappointed in the lack of attention by the kitchen in getting it wrong twice, and by the long wait time. The server apologized for the wait but it would have been appropriate to knock a few bucks off the bill.“

“This is our very favorite restaurant, however due to a very large crowd this evening, we had to sit at the bar. It was nice at first. But our waitress/bartender was a bit rude to us and didn't even check on how our meals came out, offer more beverages, refills and did not offer dessert. We usually tip very well but didn't this time. The crowd had really dispersed by the time we had our meals so there was really no excuse for the bad service. We will continue to go back of course becasue we love it there but hoping for a better experience.“

“The three of us went for a late lunch and even though we had to wait about 20-25 minutes to get a seat, the staff for the most part were really friendly. One of the waitresses has been there for a long time and is always super friendly to my mom and I. Food came out fairly quickly and tasted wonderful“

“I've eaten here a number of times and, I think they switched over to using smash burgers so, two patties is recommended. Today, they had our hamburgers sitting on the counter getting cold until the fries were done, Bummer. Fries were good.“

“I went there with a group of 6. Easy reservations just a few hours earlier, good food, cool decor. We were in the indoor dining room on first floor. Very loud group next to us, so towards the end of our dining conversation had become nearly impossible. Good reviews on their soda bread, shepherd's pie, and classic fish & chips! Definitely recommend their cheesesteak egg rolls as well!“

“We got the pulled pork sandwich and the French dip and both were delicious. Sweet potato fries and house made chips were some of the best I’ve had at a brewery. My complaint is there were a lot of un-bussed tables, which made the atmosphere and service seem sloppy.“

“Penley's Pub is a recent addition to Dutch Wonderland. It's the first restaurant inside the park that serves alcohol and they have a great selection of local beers. They also have a few food options focusing on pretzels and sausages. The prices are decent given that it's inside an amusement park.“

We waited over a half an hour for our food to find after I ask for them to check on our food that they burnt my wife’s steak and made her another one my meal when brought out must of been reheated twice and burnt!!!! So disgusting! Why would a manager send food out looking that bad???? We will have to find another steak house that cares about their customers“

“Delicious meal (Crab cakes are so good) and so was the cheeseburger slider with upgrade of salad - so fresh and big enough for 2 to share. good selection of fun drinks and beers and very good service. Carmen our server was so helpful and worked hard caring for us and even saw her watering the lovely garden outside. The outdoor dining area is pretty and inviting but was too hot outdoors for us last night. Next time we go we will sit in the outdoor garden for dinner.“

“Our favorite meal of our stay.
We had fried green tomatoes as an appetizer. That was outstanding. I had arctic char over a peach gazpacho. I wasn't sure if I would like the cold gazpacho with the hot fish but what do I know? It was great. My wife had the spare ribs. She was raving about how tender they were.
The service was also top notch. I don't think you can have a bad experience at this restaurant.“

“Spring/summer/early fall Friday night live band nights are always fun. Recently discovered the Birds Nest Deck to watch the Eagles games and I won’t watch them anywhere else now. I believe there has been a change of ownership since the past (2021) and I definitely think they are moving in the right direction.“

“We normally don't eat in the restaurant. I order on-line and pick it up. The food is very good and the order is always ready on time. Sometimes when I want a little less food, I'll order from the children's menu. It always includes a small drink and a small dessert. You can't go wrong with that.“

“This was our first visit to the Fulton Steamboat Inn after a family recommended it—and it was such a fun experience! I mean, who wouldn’t want to sleep on a steamboat? The rooms have so much charm and felt slightly updated while still keeping that cozy, themed feel. Everything was super clean, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The kids loved the playground and pool, and we all enjoyed strolling around the little lake—especially spotting all the baby ducks! The only downside was that breakfast isn’t included. We didn’t try the on-site restaurant, but there are plenty of great local spots nearby. Overall, a fun and memorable stay—highly recommend!“

“We stay there at least twice a year when we go to Events at Mount Hope Winery. The rooms are great and the resteraunt/bar never disappoints ( huge selection of seasonal beer/ cocktails) They even have a great selection of gluten free items at breakfast“

“Food is amazing! Our waitress was kind and welcoming. The only issue (if you want to call it an issue) was we got parked in- but the lot was full when we left so it was totally understandable. 10/10 would recommend and will be returning!“

“For what it is, it was pretty good. Five guy like fries, my kids liked the pizza burger and hot dog, I enjoyed my fried chicken sandwich and it was inexpensive. The guy answered all questions, stern but straightforward and made the transaction easier. I would get food from there again.“

“This is our favorite neighborhood pub. The service is excellent and the bartenders make you feel at home. Highly recommend getting their chicken parm in a wrap or their grilled cheese burger. And don’t sleep on their salads, their greens are always fresh and delicious! Chip is so welcoming, we always feel like we are going to hang out with a friend when we dine there.“

I have been coming every week with my mentor and awesome friend to get caught up and to break bread together over the past year. The owners are so kind and friendly. I truly believe their mission there is to provide a wonderfully wholistic family dining experience that leaves the customer feeling cared for.“
