“We stumbled upon this gem at a kiosk at the hotel we are staying at and we can never turn down BBQ. 😂 the food was great, the service was great, and everything was fast, hot and perfect. Mark was our waiter and he was amazing. Not only is he a great server (i know because I worked in this industry), he’s incredibly kind and hilarious. We came for my birthday, which he knew. When I said no to dessert he asked if he could bring me a scoop of ice cream with a candle, to which I said “sure, but no singing!” Well when he came back to the table with another employee he loudly pronounced “on the count of 3!” Like they were going to sing and counted down then walked away. It was incredibly funny. Thank you, Mark, for making the night memorable!“

“Fabulous meal with tons of gluten-free options! The menu changes with the seasons, and everything was super fresh and local. Our kids ate their meals happily, and we enjoyed ours. (Kids - filet and ravioli, adults - salmon, burrata ravioli, halibut, and pork Milanese) It was a little loud and hard to hear at times, but a pleasant atmosphere. “Had the best time at Reflections Restaurant to celebrate my dads retirement. I have a almost three year old with that said this place was just so nice going in at 3pm - we had a little area to ourselves and the food was amazing. I never order a pork chop anywhere as well ya... lol but thanks to this page ans what i read on reviews it was by far the best meal i had in a long time. My girl ordered the pizza didnt touch any of it as she was too busy eating my pork chop and her grand parents yummy meat loaf and truffle mac and cheese All of us left stuffed and happy It was just too darn yummy ! “Our first experience at Gibraltar could not have been better. My wife and I had a 5 PM reservation, and when we arrived, three staff members warmly greeted us. A hostess escorted us to a cozy section of the restaurant, where the well-spaced tables allowed for comfortable, private conversation. Within 30 seconds, our server, Josephine, greeted us and offered us a choice of water. Bread and water arrived shortly after, and the service was impeccable from start to finish.
Cocktails - The house Cab is amazing. My wife said the same of her Grapefruit Margarita
Appetizer - The Spanish Octopus was delicate and delicious.
My entre - The Whole Branzino (fillet tableside) was excellent, and the skill of the gentlemen executing the filleting was exceptional.
Wife’s entre - Shrimp Spaghetti was a flavor bomb and the delicate garlic butter parsley sauce was perfect for bread dipping!
Shared dessert - Crème Brule to share was prepared with precision.

“My husband and I were on a small getaway and discovered this treasure. I am an ice cream lover and must tell you that this is hands down the BEST ice cream I ever had. My husband profoundly agrees! He wanted to go again before we left but it wasn’t possible. We’re already trying to plan another trip down just to go to Fox Meadows. Also, the staff was so friendly. The you g woman who waited on us was extremely friendly and provided us samples to try. Since it was our first visit we were also given a free beverage each! We 💯 percent recommend!!!!!“

“Maddie was our server and she was wonderful. Came on a Sunday. Two couples. Very disappointed they were out of hummus. Settled for the Greek salad and it was just ok. Tiny piece of feta and two olives the rest was mainly greens. Husband had the same salad with salmon. Small piece of salmon but well cooked. Friends had a Rueben sandwich that he said was just ok and they also had a salad that they said they would not order again. Have been coming here since they opened. Brought our children and now our grandchildren. Hoping it was just an off night. Place has great atmosphere.“

“This is our very favorite restaurant, however due to a very large crowd this evening, we had to sit at the bar. It was nice at first. But our waitress/bartender was a bit rude to us and didn't even check on how our meals came out, offer more beverages, refills and did not offer dessert. We usually tip very well but didn't this time. The crowd had really dispersed by the time we had our meals so there was really no excuse for the bad service. We will continue to go back of course becasue we love it there but hoping for a better experience.“

We stayed in the Carriage House—very clean rooms with their own parking, and just a short, easy walk to the main hotel. “Small but great pretzel place!! I got a pizza pretzel which was a hefty croissant shaped pretzel STUFFED with pepperoni, cheese, and pizza sauce. It was soooo good and hearty. I got it on a whim and greatly enjoyed it. I also got a regular salted pretzel that was very good, nice chewy and doughy! I highly recommend a stop in if you like pretzels.“

“Penley's Pub is a recent addition to Dutch Wonderland. It's the first restaurant inside the park that serves alcohol and they have a great selection of local beers. They also have a few food options focusing on pretzels and sausages. The prices are decent given that it's inside an amusement park.“

The food was so delicious, I had the Owl's Nest burger & the dessert we tried was amazing too.(Strawberry Angel Crunch cake) Even though they're only open to the public for lunch Monday-Friday it gives us a chance to try more of their outstanding meals/desserts.“

“While I like most of Stoltzfus’s items, I’ve been disappointed in their chicken salad. It used to be a staple in our home but seems like they’ve changed the recipe. It’s now so runny with mayo (or whatever they use) that it plops right off our sandwiches. They’ve also seem to cut back on the celery which added a nice contrasting crunch. Please bring back the old recipe.“

“The three of us went for a late lunch and even though we had to wait about 20-25 minutes to get a seat, the staff for the most part were really friendly. One of the waitresses has been there for a long time and is always super friendly to my mom and I. Food came out fairly quickly and tasted wonderful“

We enjoyed watching the Strasburg railroad train go by, pet the animals (outside at the barn), amazing staff, fun gift shop and absolutely incredible food! Carmen our server was so helpful and worked hard caring for us and even saw her watering the lovely garden outside. The outdoor dining area is pretty and inviting but was too hot outdoors for us last night. Next time we go we will sit in the outdoor garden for dinner.“
